At 23" wide and 72" tall, it hangs a swinging glass door in a narrow shower opening, where a sliding door would leave too small an entry. Matte black draws a crisp dark outline around the glass and pairs naturally with black faucets, shower systems and grout lines in a modern or industrial bathroom.

Lancer is a door for tight openings. In a 23" or 29" opening a sliding door would split an already narrow entry in two, while a hinged door uses the whole width. German engineered high grade hinges give an effortless door swing, and a magnetic watertight seal pulls the door closed to keep water inside the shower and off the bathroom floor.

The glass is crystal clear tempered Deco-Glass with pre-drilled hardware holes, made from ANSI certified tempered glass for safety and reliability, and ANZZI's dual sided Tsunami Guard coating helps prevent water stains, soap scum and limescale build-up.

ANZZI uses a marine grade aluminum alloy frame and zinc hardware that it rates highly rust resistant, in an eye-catching semi-frameless design that gives the glass sturdy support. The Rhino Alloy certified hardware is scratch resistant against minor scratches and chips, and the opening can be installed on either the left or the right side.

The SD-AZ051-01MB measures 23" wide and 72" tall. Check the space in front of the shower before you order: a hinged door needs room to swing open into the bathroom, clear of the vanity, the toilet and any towel bars.

Lancer is offered here in 2 sizes (23" x 72" and 29" x 72") and 3 finishes (brushed nickel, polished chrome and matte black), so you can match the glass to your space and your fixtures; the SD-AZ051-01MB is the 23" x 72" door in Matte Black.

The door is sold on its own, so it needs a finished shower base, tub or tiled threshold and finished, plumb walls to mount against. Day to day the glass takes very little work: squeegee or wipe it after the last shower of the day so drops do not dry into spots, and wash it with soap and hot water on a soft cloth when it needs more. Skipping abrasive pads and harsh cleaners protects both the glass coating and the matte black finish.

Lancer suits a shower stall or a narrow alcove in a small or secondary bathroom where every inch of entry counts, in brushed nickel, polished chrome or matte black.

Features

Hinged Door for Narrow Openings
A hinged door uses the full opening width, which matters in a 23" or 29" entry where a slider would halve the way in.

Magnetic Water Seal
A magnetic watertight seal pulls the door closed and keeps water inside the shower and off the bathroom floor.

German Engineered Hinges
High grade hinges give an effortless door swing every time you step in and out.

Tsunami Guard Deco-Glass
Tempered Deco-Glass with a dual sided Tsunami Guard coating helps prevent water stains, soap scum and limescale, so the glass stays clear.

Rust-Resistant Frame
A marine grade aluminum alloy frame and zinc hardware are rated highly rust resistant, and the Rhino Alloy hardware resists minor scratches and chips.

Matte Black Finish
The hardware is finished in matte black, a low-sheen dark tone that frames the glass in a crisp outline and suits black fixtures and modern tile.

23" x 72" Size
At 23" wide and 72" tall, the door is sized for a 23" opening, so measure the finished opening before ordering.

Specifications

Model: SD-AZ051-01MB

Series: Lancer

Type: Hinged semi-frameless shower door

Overall Width: 23"

Height: 72"

Hardware Finish: Matte Black

Glass: Clear tempered Deco-Glass, ANSI certified, pre-drilled

Glass Coating: Tsunami Guard, dual sided

Frame and Hardware: Marine grade aluminum alloy frame, zinc hardware

Operation: Hinged (German engineered hinges)

Seal: Magnetic watertight seal

Reversible: Yes, left or right installation

Warranty: Limited lifetime (register within 90 days)

What's Included

Tempered Deco-Glass door

Frame and hinge hardware

Installation & Care

Installation
Fits a finished opening 23" wide and 72" tall, installed on a finished threshold between finished walls that are plumb and at right angles. Because the Tsunami Guard coating makes water bead and run off, a squeegee or soft-cloth wipe after each shower clears the drops before they dry into spots; skip scouring cleaners, bristle brushes and abrasive sponges, which can scratch the glass and its coating.
