The 58 gallon capacity is sized for full body immersion rather than a quick rinse.

A Slipper Shape Made for Soaking

Bellaterra designs Barletta with an ergonomic, raised end that supports your back while you recline and lets you stretch out, which is what separates a slipper tub from a flat rimmed tub where you sit upright. The interior is 18.9" deep, so this deep soaking tub allows full body immersion. At 68.9" W x 30.7" D x 31.5" H overall, the tub is laid out for a single bather.

The overflow is built in, so the water level stays below the rim while you relax, and the drain is a manual design in a chrome finish. The drain location is reversible, which gives you flexibility in where the plumbing comes up through the floor.

Fiberglass Reinforced Acrylic

The shell is acrylic reinforced with fiberglass, and Bellaterra joins it seamlessly, so the outer wall reads as one continuous surface with no visible seam. The high gloss finish is applied to both the interior and the exterior, which keeps the freestanding sides as finished as the inside. The empty tub weighs 92 lb and has a weight capacity of 650 lb.

The tub is UPC certified, and the Bellaterra spec sheet lists it as lead free, non-toxic and antimicrobial.
