sd-az15-01bn
ANZZI SD-AZ15-01BN Romance 59 to 60" x 70" Sliding Framed Shower Door Tempered Clear Glass in Brushed Nickel

The ANZZI SD-AZ15-01BN is the 59" to 60" x 70" Romance Series framed sliding shower door in Brushed Nickel. A framed slider for a 59" to 60" tub or alcove, it rolls open on easy glide rollers and keeps the bathroom free of a swinging door. Brushed nickel is a soft satin silver that sits easily beside chrome, nickel or stainless fixtures and keeps the hardware low-key in a classic or transitional bathroom.

This Romance door is sleek, subtle and framed: the panels run on easy glide rollers that ANZZI makes resistance-free for smooth, effortless opening and closing, and the door slides along the opening instead of swinging, so nothing needs clearance in front of the tub or shower. At 70" tall it covers a standard tub-shower opening.

The panels are ANSI-certified tempered glass, strong, durable and safe, and ANZZI's Tsunami Guard shielding repels water to prevent cloudy build-up, so the glass stays clear with a wipe. The frame gives the door sturdy support and a tidy edge against the wall.

The aluminum hardware is Rhino Alloy certified, and ANZZI states the finish keeps its good looks year after year. The package includes screws, wall anchors, a water sealing strip and roller lube. ANZZI's manual calls for two people and at least 1-3/8" of flat, level threshold space, and it allows 24 hours for the silicone to set before the first shower.

Measure the finished opening at the top and the bottom before you order: the SD-AZ15-01BN fits openings from 59" to 60" wide and stands 70" tall. Because the door slides along the opening, it needs no clearance in front of the shower, which makes it the practical choice beside a vanity, toilet or narrow walkway.

Romance is offered here in 2 sizes (34" x 72" and 59" to 60" wide) and 4 finishes (brushed gold, brushed nickel, polished chrome and matte black), so you can match the glass to your space and your fixtures; the SD-AZ15-01BN is the 59" to 60" door in Brushed Nickel.

The door is sold on its own, so it needs a finished shower base, tub or tiled threshold and finished, plumb walls to mount against. Day to day the glass takes very little work: squeegee or wipe it after the last shower of the day so drops do not dry into spots, and wash it with soap and hot water on a soft cloth when it needs more. Skipping abrasive pads and harsh cleaners protects both the glass coating and the brushed nickel finish.

This Romance door suits a standard 60" bathtub or a 60" alcove shower in a family bathroom or rental, where a framed slider is simple to live with.

Features

Easy Glide Rollers
Resistance-free easy glide rollers give smooth and effortless opening and closing along the 59" to 60" opening.

Framed for Sturdy Support
A framed design gives the sliding panels sturdy support and a tidy edge where they meet the wall.

Tsunami Guard Glass
Tsunami Guard shielding repels water to prevent cloudy build-up on the ANSI-certified tempered glass.

Rhino Alloy Hardware
The aluminum hardware is Rhino Alloy certified, finished to keep its good looks year after year.

Install Kit Included
Screws, wall anchors, a water sealing strip and roller lube come in the package for the install.

Brushed Nickel Finish
The hardware is finished in brushed nickel, a satin silver that blends with chrome, nickel and stainless fixtures for a classic, understated look.

Fits 59" to 60" Openings
The door adjusts across openings from 59" to 60" wide at 70" tall, so it can absorb small differences in wall-to-wall width.

Specifications

Model: SD-AZ15-01BN

Series: Romance

Type: Framed sliding shower door

Opening Width Range: 59" to 60"

Overall Width: 60"

Height: 70"

Hardware Finish: Brushed Nickel

Glass: Tempered, ANSI certified

Glass Coating: Tsunami Guard

Hardware Material: Aluminum, Rhino Alloy certified

Operation: Framed sliding, easy glide rollers

Minimum Threshold: 1-3/8" flat, level

Warranty: Limited lifetime (register within 90 days)

What's Included

Tempered glass sliding panels

Frame, rails and rollers

Screws and wall anchors

Water sealing strip

Roller lube

Installation & Care

Installation
Fits a finished opening from 59" to 60" wide and 70" tall, installed on a finished threshold between finished walls that are plumb and at right angles. Because the Tsunami Guard coating makes water bead and run off, a squeegee or soft-cloth wipe after each shower clears the drops before they dry into spots; skip scouring cleaners, bristle brushes and abrasive sponges, which can scratch the glass and its coating. Wipe the metal hardware dry with a soft cloth and keep ammonia, bleach and acid cleaners off the finish.

Resources

ANZZI SD-AZ15-01BN specification sheet (PDF)PDF

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

<circle cx="5.5" cy="18.5" r="2.5"></circle><circle cx="18.5" cy="18.5" r="2.5"></circle>Shipping

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order.
