unger-the-brute-scraper-4-in
Unger The Brute Scraper 4"

The Unger Brute Scraper (SH25C) is a 4" hand scraper for professionals who need a rugged, reliable tool for tough scraping jobs. The Unger 4" Brute Scraper combines a reversible carbon steel blade with a 12" handle that gives extra leverage, so heavy residue comes off with more control and less strain.

Leverage From a 12" Handle

Cement splash, stucco and old paint resist a short handle. The 12" handle on the Brute Scraper puts more length behind the blade, which improves control and reduces effort during extended use. The bi-component handle gives a comfortable, non-slip grip that helps reduce hand strain when the work gets demanding.

Sharp Edge and Blunt Edge

The carbon steel blade has two working edges. The sharp edge handles tape, paint and stickers; the blunt edge is for heavier materials like cement and stucco. When an edge is worn, the blade can be reversed or replaced quickly and safely, keeping downtime short on a tough job. A protective cap is included to cover the blade for transport and storage.

The scraper is built from aluminum and zinc in green, silver and black, measures 4" x 12.7" x 1.2" and weighs 0.5 lb. Typical jobs include removing cement, stucco and other residue from glass and other surfaces on construction sites, clearing graffiti, stickers and tape residue in high-traffic commercial buildings, clearing tough debris in industrial maintenance areas and storage facilities, and keeping retail storefront windows and display cases free of adhesives.

As with any steel blade, test on a small, out of sight area first and keep glass wet while scraping. The Unger Brute Scraper SH25C belongs to Unger's hand scraper range with the Maxi Scraper, the Mini Scraper, the Safety Scrapers, the ProTrim 10 Glass Scraper and the ErgoTec Scrapers, for professional window cleaning and post-construction cleanup crews.

Features

12" Handle for Leverage
The long handle puts extra leverage behind the 4" blade.
