How do I find the right replacement part for my machine?

Check the model number plate, usually on the back or underside of the machine. Search by brand and model number. If you cannot find a match, send the model number and a photo of the failed part and we will source a fit.

Are aftermarket parts as good as OEM?

Quality aftermarket replacement filters, bags and pads are made on the same lines as OEM parts, often by the same suppliers. For pumps, motors and electrical parts, OEM parts last longer and protect the machine warranty.

How often should vacuum filters be replaced?

Disposable bags every 2 to 3 weeks of daily use. Washable foam filters every 3 months. HEPA filters every 12 months on daily use units, sooner in dusty environments.

Do you stock parts for older machines?

We stock parts for current and recent generation machines from the major commercial brands. For machines older than 10 years, parts availability depends on the manufacturer; many common wear parts remain in stock long after a model is discontinued.
