EBAC is a UK based manufacturer of dehumidification equipment with a strong presence in restoration, industrial drying and food storage applications. The company has supplied dehumidifiers to military and government contracts for decades and has a reputation for rugged construction.

What is the warranty on EBAC dehumidifiers?

Most EBAC commercial machines come with a 2 year warranty on the full machine and 5 years on the refrigerant compressor. Industrial models include extended coverage on the compressor.

Can EBAC dehumidifiers run continuously?

Yes. EBAC machines are designed for 24/7 operation in restoration, industrial and pool room environments. Set the humidistat and connect a hose drain so the tank never needs emptying.

How are EBAC dehumidifiers different from cheaper brands?

EBAC uses commercial grade refrigerant compressors, sealed cabinets that survive site abuse, and longer life heat exchangers. The result is a higher up front cost but a much longer service life under continuous duty.
