Cancellations & Refunds

At My Clean Supplies, we are proud to provide industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge, except in certain cases like custom orders (see details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly to ensure we can issue a full refund before the order is shipped from our warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours at +1 (307) 429-4122, through the chat feature, or via email at support@mycleansupplies.com.

 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, as they are uniquely crafted based on your order. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, we recommend reaching out to us via email or phone for clarification.

All sales are deemed final for made-to-order and custom-made products.

 

Refunds and Returns

We provide a 30-day return window from the delivery date for eligible products. During this time, customers may request a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (see details below). Customers are responsible for promptly inspecting delivered items and reporting any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Should you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange processes.

Please note that transaction fees will be deducted from your refund based on the payment method used. This typically ranges from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 for the transaction.

Please note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, as our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not allow returns for a product, we will be unable to process the return. This policy may vary on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to contact us for specific details about your brand or product.

 

Shipping Times

We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly. The estimated shipping times listed on our product pages are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight companies. These estimates are subject to change without notice due to various supply chain factors, including delays in steel mill production, manufacturer setbacks, high shipping demand, and labor constraints in factories, warehouses, and ports.

Order delays can unfortunately occur, and these situations are beyond the control of My Clean Supplies. We understand how frustrating this may be and kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. Your support means a lot to us, and we sincerely thank you for your patience.

 

Please Read the Following

When making a purchase from My Clean Supplies, you acknowledge the Exchange Agreement, agreeing to the following:

  • It is my responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery.. If any damage occurs, it must be noted, photographed, and reported to My Clean Supplies within 24 hours of delivery.
  • I understand that I am responsible for return shipping costs and any new product shipping fees in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products must be returned unopened and unused and may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
  • I understand that a full refund is not possible if my order has already left the warehouse.
  • I understand that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee which is 20%.
  • I understand that the shipping date estimates on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond My Clean Supplies' control.
  • I agree not to cancel orders or initiate a chargeback due to delays or inaccurate estimated times resulting from factors beyond My Clean Supplies' control, including manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies.

Damages

You are responsible for inspecting delivered products for damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. If reported within this period:

  • Notify us of the damage via email to support@mycleansupplies.com
  • We provide options for replacement parts, a discount for keeping the item, or a refund/replacement.
  • Please note that we are an online-only retailer and cannot arrange repairs for damaged items.
  • Your items cannot be used to qualify for replacement parts, discounts, refunds, or full replacements.
  • If you choose to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you have 3 business days to accept or decline the offer, provided the items remain unused.

If any damage is not reported within 5 business days:

  • We won't provide refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges.
  • After 5 business days, we are beyond the timeframe to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
  • Replacement parts for repair may be available.
  • Residue on products resulting from the manufacturing process is not the responsibility of My Clean Supplies for associated cleaning or removal costs.

 

Warranty

Warranty details differ by manufacturer - Refer to the individual product pages for specific information. Damage upon arrival that is not reported within 30 days will not qualify as a warranty claim.

 

Returns

At My Clean Supplies, the default return policy states that customers are responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer errors, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Most products come with guarantee warranty policies, ensuring fully functional items without additional costs - refer to individual product pages for details.

 

Buy One Get One Promotions

For Buy One Get One promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. Returning only one item may result in either a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to its individual value. Buyers are responsible for the actual return shipping charges if the order has already been shipped.

 

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues and assisting customers promptly. Submitting fraudulent chargebacks may result in criminal liability for theft. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve issues instead of filing chargebacks.
