Freight Shipping

My Clean Supplies offers certain products that exceed the size and weight limits of standard shipping carriers. To accommodate these items, we use freight services and select the appropriate carrier based on the order.

Freight deliveries are made to your curbside, and drivers are not responsible for moving the items indoors. Please ensure assistance is available to handle heavy or bulky items if required.

Due to the nature of freight shipping, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. While we aim for timely delivery, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

Lead Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed promptly. Orders received over the weekend will typically be processed the next business day, usually on Mondays.

In-stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days after processing. Backordered products may require additional time before shipment.

We aim to provide reliable lead time estimates on our website, but these estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to supply chain changes or unforeseen events.

 

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. At the same time, we will verify item availability with our suppliers. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, the pre-authorization will be canceled, and you will be notified via email. For items available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment

Once we process the charges to your credit card, in-stock items will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can anticipate to receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours after your order leaves from the warehouse. If you do not receive this information within six business days, please contact us at support@mycleansupplies.com for assistance.

 

No Shipping Outside the USA

Please be aware that we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.

 

Changing Address

If you need to change your shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped, we will attempt to accommodate this change. However, this may cause delays, and any additional charges incurred due to address adjustments required by our freight partners will be the customer’s responsibility without exception.

 

Shipping Times

All shipping timeframes provided on our site should be considered estimates and not guaranteed. Even though we quickly alert our vendors to new orders in order to speed up shipping, if a customer chooses to cancel an order because the shipment does not arrive within the anticipated time frame they are still liable for any associated shipping costs, fees, warehouse storage costs, and other order-related expenses. Without exception, a customer who uses a chargeback as a result of shipping delays will be held criminally accountable for theft.

 

How To Prepare For Delivery

Upon receiving your item(s), it's imperative to inspect the packaging carefully. If any damage is observed, it is important to note it when signing for delivery. Our capacity to help replace the damaged item may be limited if damage is not noted at delivery and signing.

If you receive damaged items, please email photos of the damage, the packaging, the SKU, and a brief description to support@mycleansupplies.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any visible external damage, such as punctures, must also be reported within this timeframe. Failure to report damage within 24 hours will result in the denial of returns without exception.

 

Damaged Items

You are responsible for inspecting delivered products for any damage or defects and notifying us via email within 5 business days of receiving the delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will result in the denial of refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges without exception.

If damage is reported within the required timeframe, we will offer solutions such as free replacement parts, discounts for keeping the item as is, or the option of a refund or replacement.

To report any damage, please email support@mycleansupplies.com. We offer resolution options such as free replacement parts, discounts for keeping the item as is, or the possibility of a refund or replacement. As an online-only dealer, we cannot perform or arrange repairs for damaged items. To qualify for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds/full replacements, the items must remain unused. If you choose to keep the item for a discount or replacement parts, you have three business days to accept or decline the offer. During this time, the items should remain unused, and the packaging, box, and product must be retained, as they may require inspection by the freight carrier.

If damage is reported more than 5 business days after delivery, we cannot provide refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances. This is because the timeframe for filing claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer will have passed.

 

Missing Items

If any items are missing upon delivery, please report them to our customer service team at support@mycleansupplies.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to mark the delivery receipt as "missing" and inform the truck driver of the shortage before signing.

Allow the carrier a short period to locate the missing items. If they cannot be found, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. However, claims for missing items submitted after 5 business days will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any costs related to project delays caused by missing items, so we recommend waiting until all items have been received and inspected before scheduling contractors.

 

Stolen Packages For Postal Deliveries (FedEx or UPS)

Please bear in mind that we are not accountable for stolen packages. If your shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

 

Shipping Options

Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always free. Upon order submission, this option usually takes between 5-15 days for delivery to your doorstep.
