J&D Poly Chiller Circulation Fan, 24" or 36", with Bracket

What it is

The J&D Poly Chiller is a 24" or 36" direct drive circulation fan with a one-piece molded black polyethylene housing that will not rust, for warehouses, processing facilities, workshops and barns. J&D rates it at 4,890 CFM of thrust for the 24" and up to 9,750 CFM for the 36".

The bracket design

The difference from other poly fans is the mounting. The heavy-duty motor mount connects directly to a multi-position hanging bracket, so the poly housing carries no structural load and will not distort over time. The bracket lets you tilt the fan and lock it in place, and the round housing has no corners for dirt to collect in, which makes it easy to clean.

Power options

Choose the power to suit the building. Single-phase fans come with no cord (115/230V, wired in) or with a 3-prong cord pre-wired for 115V or 230V, which J&D calls "No Electrician Needed" installation: hang it up and plug it in. Three-phase fans run on 230/460V. Every version uses a 1/2 HP totally enclosed, maintenance-free motor with sealed ball bearings, UL and CUL recognized.

Build and warranty

The brackets, motor mount and guards are heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel, and the guards meet OSHA 1910.212(a)(5) for mounting at any height. The fan ships fully assembled and accepts J&D high-pressure fog attachments. J&D covers it for 1 year against defects, and the motor carries a 2-year warranty.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then J&D Manufacturing ships them by freight truck (LTL) from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Ship times vary by model and some are built to order, so we confirm the ship date by email after you order. Shipping is free to a business address in the lower 48 states with a loading dock or forklift; contact us before you order if you need residential, liftgate or appointment delivery, or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves J&D.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused J&D equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry J&D's restocking fee of up to 25%, you pay the return shipping, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Built-to-order, special-order and non-stock items are final sale, and installed or used equipment can't be returned.

J&D covers the Poly Chiller Circulation Fan for 1 year from the J&D invoice date against defects in materials and workmanship, and its motor for 2 years. Misuse, abuse, alterations, improper installation or operation, lack of maintenance and non-J&D parts void the warranty, and normal wear, cosmetic rust or corrosion, freight, removal, installation and labor are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and J&D part number. We file the claim with J&D, which decides whether to repair, replace or credit the product. Keep the product clean, dry and stored until it does, because J&D may ask for it back.
