Mytee 2002CS Contractor’s Special Heated Carpet Extractor

What it is

The Mytee 2002CS Contractor's Special is a heated portable carpet extractor package for residential and commercial carpet cleaning and hard-surface extraction. The extractor pairs a 120 PSI diaphragm demand pump (1.3 GPM) with a single 3-stage vacuum motor rated at 100 CFM and 130" of water lift and a 1,200 watt in-line heater (210°F maximum), and it ships with a 15' vacuum and solution hose combo and a 12" dual jet stainless steel wand.

Tanks and setup

Its solution and recovery tanks hold 10 gallons each. Contractor's Special packages are designed for routine carpet maintenance in offices, schools, residences and more, and Mytee pre-assembles them so the wand, hose and connections already match the extractor.

Power and other models

The 2002CS runs on a single attached 25' 12/3 power cord and draws 20 A at 115 V, so one outlet runs the vacuum, pump and heater. For dual vacuums, a 220 PSI pump and a 25' hose, see the 2005CS (unheated) or the 2008CS (2,000 watt heater).

Moving it

10" foam-filled, non-marking rear wheels and 4" locking front casters move it around the job, and built-in loading wheels let you roll it into a work vehicle without a ramp. The housing is roto-molded polyethylene that resists rust and dents, with an easy-open lid, a bucket-height drain and waist-high switches.

Package and warranty

The package includes Mytee's 8500 hose set (15' crush-proof 1.5" vacuum hose and high-pressure solution hose) and the 8300-EZ 12" dual jet wand with disconnect, plus a 2" to 1.5" Cuff-Lynx reducer. The P507 transport tray fits the 2002CS. The extractor is covered by Mytee's warranty: 1 year parts and labor, 2 years on major components such as pumps, vacuum motors and heaters, and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.

Mytee covers the 2002CS for 1 year on parts and labor, 2 years on major components (pumps, vacuum motors and heaters) and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks. The included wand, hose and tools carry the 1-year parts and labor coverage. Freezing damage, abuse, misuse and neglect void the warranty, and normal wear parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number. We file the claim with Mytee or direct you to the nearest Mytee service center.
