The Nantucket Sinks NS-VCDM20-WW is a 19.5" Victorian wall-mount fireclay bathroom sink in white, from the Victorian Collection. Finished in a classic glossy white and made in Italy, it brings vintage style to a bath or powder room, with a widespread faucet deck and the option to hang it on the wall, set it in a cabinet or rest it on a stand.
This sink has an elegantly designed backsplash and a deck drilled for an 8" spread faucet, with 3 faucet holes on 8" centers, and the 15.75" x 9.75" bowl is 5.75" deep. An integral overflow guards against a spill, and the 1.75" rear drain opening takes a standard bathroom overflow drain.
It is crafted in Italy from genuine fine fireclay and finished in a high-gloss porcelain enamel glaze that is durable and scratch resistant. Because fireclay is fired in a kiln, the listed dimensions may vary from actual by up to 1/4". Overall the sink is 19.5" x 17.75" x 13.5" and weighs 42 lbs, and wall mounting hardware is included.

Installing the NS-VCDM20
Nantucket recommends professional installation, and both colorways can also be placed in a stand or cabinet instead of on the wall. For the white and black version, Nantucket also lists the NS-UDORB-OF oil rubbed bronze overflow drain.

Caring for Italian Fireclay
Fireclay is low maintenance: it contains no metal, so Nantucket's care guide calls it stain resistant and rust proof. Clean the NS-VCDM20-WW or NS-VCDM20-BLKW with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge, rinse, and dry the bowl with a cloth in hard water areas to prevent spotting. Baking soda helps lift stuck-on residue, and a periodic coat of carnauba wax protects the glaze and helps water run off faster.

Installation & Care
Installation
This wall-mount fireclay sink hangs on the included mounting hardware, and it can also be installed within a cabinet or on a base stand. Nantucket recommends professional installation. In the Victorian guide, the wall bracket is fixed through two 12 mm holes at 89 cm (35") from the floor, and the basin is lowered onto the bracket. There are 3 pre-drilled faucet holes on 8" centers for a widespread faucet. The 1.75" rear drain opening takes a standard bathroom drain with overflow, sold separately.
Care
Fireclay is low maintenance, stain resistant and rust proof, since it contains no metal. Clean with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge, then rinse; in hard water areas, dry the bowl with a cloth to prevent spotting. Soak stuck-on residue, and use baking soda to help lift it. For a rare surface stain, Nantucket's care guide suggests Soft Scrub or a Scotch-Brite sponge, and a periodic coat of carnauba wax protects the glaze and helps water run off faster.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks backs its fireclay sinks with a 5-year limited warranty: it replaces, at its option, any sink found to have a material defect, and replacement sinks are offered at 50% of the original purchase price. Glaze damage from improper or caustic cleansers, cracks from impact, a farm sink forced into its cutout, and cracks from an over-tightened drain are not covered. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
Warranty claims. Email Nantucket Sinks at info@nantucketsinksusa.com with the date and place of purchase and installation, the model number, a description of the defect and photos of it. Nantucket Sinks may inspect the product and the installation before it decides on a replacement or adjustment. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
