The Nantucket Sinks RC78140M Santorini is a 16" round Italian fireclay undermount bathroom sink with a blue patterned interior that recalls the cool hues of the Mediterranean Sea and the artistic tile-work of the region. An intricately patterned red band around the top of the bowl completes the design, adding a refreshing pop of color to a vanity.
The sink is 16" x 15.125" and 6.75" tall, with a 13.25" diameter basin 5.625" deep, set below the counter so the pattern is framed by the stone. It has no overflow and takes a standard 1.75" vanity drain without overflow.
Every Regatta sink is genuine fireclay, designed and hand finished in Italy and fired at high temperatures, which Nantucket says makes it stronger than typical bathroom sinks. Dimensions are nominal and can vary by about 1/4" from piece to piece, and the bowl takes a standard 1.75" vanity drain (not included).
Set below the counter, the rim disappears under the stone, so the bowl is easy to wipe into and the decoration is framed by the countertop edge; Nantucket's matching umbrella pop-up drains without overflow, sold separately, come in several finishes. Planning the Vanity
Planning a vanity around it is straightforward. It has no faucet holes, so the faucet goes on the countertop or the wall, and the drain opening takes a vanity drain without overflow made for the 1.75" opening, sold separately, which Nantucket offers as matching umbrella pop-up drains in several finishes. At 18 lbs, the sink is set on the counter or in its cutout with plumbing silicone, and professional installation is recommended.
An undermount bowl is fastened below a solid countertop with clips, and Nantucket's guide recommends a 1/4" overhang, which hides the silicone line and lets the counter edge frame the bowl.
Caring for Hand-Finished Fireclay
Each Regatta sink is hand finished in Italy, so look after it gently: Nantucket asks for pH neutral soap and a soft cloth only, no abrasive cleansers or pads, and no improper or caustic cleansers, which can damage the glaze. Fired fireclay will not rust.

Installation & Care
Installation
This undermount sink is installed below a solid vanity countertop. Nantucket's undermount bath guide has the fabricator cut the opening from a template or the sink itself, with a 1/4" overhang recommended to hide the silicone, then fasten the sink with clips set angled side down and tightened without over-tightening. The sink has no faucet holes, so the faucet mounts on the countertop or wall. It takes a standard 1.75" vanity drain without overflow, sold separately; silicone sealant is not included. Care
Clean the sink with a pH neutral soap and a soft cloth only, then rinse and wipe it dry; Nantucket requires pH neutral soap for Regatta Collection sinks. Do not use abrasive cleansers or pads, and keep improper or caustic cleansers off the glaze, since Nantucket's warranty does not cover glaze damage they cause. Fireclay will not rust.

Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks backs its fireclay sinks with a 5-year limited warranty: it replaces, at its option, any sink found to have a material defect, and replacement sinks are offered at 50% of the original purchase price. Glaze damage from improper or caustic cleansers, cracks from impact, a farm sink forced into its cutout, and cracks from an over-tightened drain are not covered. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
Warranty claims. Email Nantucket Sinks at info@nantucketsinksusa.com with the date and place of purchase and installation, the model number, a description of the defect and photos of it. Nantucket Sinks may inspect the product and the installation before it decides on a replacement or adjustment. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
