The ECU4 on wheels, packaged with the accessories a mobile containment job needs.
Five kits built around the same ECU4 unit, Mobile Platform and Tow Cart, adding a Sidewall Flange, disposable envelopes, a negative air machine or corridor and airlock pieces.
Rolls while deployed
The Mobile Platform puts four non-marring casters with brakes under the ECU4 and extends its reach to 11'.
11' reach on the platform
Machine travels along
The Tow Cart attaches to the platform so a negative air machine is towed with the ECU4 instead of moved separately.
5 bundle choices
One order, one kit
Each bundle lists exactly which ECU4 parts it includes, up to the 5' Cuff and Corridor Flange in the All-in kit.

What the bundles are
The ECU4 Mobile Containment Bundles package HEPACART's collapsible ECU4 containment unit with the parts that make it mobile: every kit includes the ECU4 modular assembly, the ECU4 Mobile Platform and the Tow Cart. The platform rolls the deployed unit from one ceiling opening to the next, and the tow cart carries an external negative air machine behind it.
Five bundles compared
Mobile containment (MPP) adds the Sidewall Flange for anterooms and wall work. Isolation pack (ISPAK) adds a 4-pack of disposable envelopes instead. System with negative air machine (SYS) adds the OA600N Plus negative air machine. Complete mobile containment (CMCS) combines the Sidewall Flange, the OA600N Plus and the disposable envelopes, and the All-in kit (ALL) adds the 5' Cuff and the Corridor Flange as well.
The negative air machine
In the SYS, CMCS and All-in kits, HEPACART supplies the OA600N Plus negative air machine. HEPACART describes the machine as porting to either side of the ECU4 to provide the negative air pressure needed for dust containment, and it rides on the Tow Cart. The MPP and ISPAK kits leave the machine out, for buyers who already own a HEPA-filtered negative air machine.
Platform and reach
On the Mobile Platform the ECU4 reaches 11', against 7' to 10'6" on its own frame, and the four casters lock with brakes once the unit is in position. The ECU4 itself keeps its four doors, four windows, 12.5" duct port and flame-rated rip-stop envelope in every kit, and HEPACART publishes the ECU4 for ICRA compliance levels I to V.

Sidewall Flange (MPP, CMCS, ALL)
Zips in place of a wide cargo door to form an anteroom at a doorway 30" to 58" wide and up to 80" high, or to seal a wall opening.
Negative Air Machine (SYS, CMCS, ALL)
The OA600N Plus negative air machine, which ports to either side of the ECU4 through flex duct.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then HEPACART ships in-stock units from Lenexa, Kansas, within 2 to 4 business days, fully assembled on a pallet by LTL freight, and they spend about 1 to 6 business days in transit depending on your region. Custom or out-of-stock items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Returns
Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.
Warranty
HEPACART covers the ECU4 Mobile Containment Bundle under its own manufacturer warranty, on HEPACART's terms; we don't add a separate warranty. Complete the warranty activation when HEPACART's Warranty Activation Email arrives, and keep the model and serial number from the unit's label with your records.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.
About HEPACART
HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.
These bundles are the ready-to-roll way to buy the ECU4, HEPACART's collapsible soft-sided containment unit. The same ECU4, Mobile Platform, Tow Cart and flanges are sold one by one for buyers adding to a unit they own, while the HEPACART carts and AnteRoom cover the same kinds of jobs in rigid aluminum.

Unit standing before it rolls
Every bundle starts with the ECU4 itself: the frame unfolds from a 12" x 66" x 12" bundle, locks at four sliders and takes the envelope on its Velcro corner cuffs before the unit is raised to the ceiling.
Set the ECU4 on the Mobile Platform and strap it down, and the deployed unit can then roll along the corridor as a single piece instead of being collapsed at every move.
Tow cart under the air machine
The Tow Cart is an aluminum tray on casters that hitches to the Mobile Platform. In the SYS, CMCS and All-in kits it carries the OA600N Plus, which ports to either side of the ECU4 through its 12.5" duct port.
Unit, platform and machine then move as a set, which matters on corridor jobs where the containment moves several times a shift and the negative air has to follow it.
Braked casters hold position
The Mobile Platform rides on four non-marring casters with brakes, and the ECU4 frame legs are held to its rail with Velcro locking straps. On the platform the unit reaches 11'.
Set the brakes before anyone climbs a ladder inside, and check the ceiling height along the route first, since the platform raises the whole unit.
Got Questions?
Find answers below or contact our support team.
Which ECU4 bundle includes a negative air machine?
The SYS, CMCS and All-in kits include the OA600N Plus negative air machine. The MPP and ISPAK kits do not, so they suit buyers who already own a HEPA-filtered negative air machine.
Which bundle has the Sidewall Flange?
The MPP, CMCS and All-in kits. The Sidewall Flange turns the ECU4 into an anteroom at a doorway 30" to 58" wide and up to 80" high.
How high does the ECU4 reach on the Mobile Platform?
HEPACART lists 11' with the platform. On its own frame the ECU4 adjusts from 7' to 10'6".
Can I build an airlock with one bundle?
The All-in kit includes the 5' Cuff and the Corridor Flange with one ECU4. HEPACART's corridor airlock uses two ECU4 units joined by the cuff, so a second ECU4 is needed.
How do the bundles ship?
By LTL freight from HEPACART in Lenexa, Kansas, to a business address in the lower 48 states. Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
