The MediTub 3060WCALWH is a 30" x 60" wheelchair accessible walk-in bathtub in white with a whirlpool massage system and a left side drain with the pump on the right. It is built for bathers who use a wheelchair or a Hoyer lift: the wide outward-swinging door opens the side of the tub for a seated transfer, the entry threshold is 13.5" and the molded seat sits 11.5" high, so nobody has to climb over a tub wall.
A wheelchair accessible tub with a door suits a bathroom planned for wheelchair users and their caregivers, an ADA bathroom remodel or aging in place. Because the bather transfers onto the seat before the tub fills and stays seated through the soak, there is no standing in a wet tub and no lowering yourself to the tub floor.
6-Jet Whirlpool Massage
With the door closed, the tub fills to a 25.5" soaking depth from drain to overflow, so you soak sitting upright with the water around you. 6 directional, adjustable water jets on a 1 HP pump give a targeted hydro massage, and you aim each jet and set its flow by turning the nozzle or its outer ring. A friction heater keeps the water warm for a longer bath and needs no extra power to run. Fill the tub at least 2" above the highest jet before switching the jets on, then adjust each water jet to suit.
Grab Bar, Textured Floor and a Sealed Door
Safety is built into the shell: a built-in grab bar, a slip-resistant textured floor and an ADA compliant molded seat support you on the way in and out. The door closes on an advanced GE water seal, a door drain with a check valve clears water from the door channel after each bath, and the cable-operated waste and overflow opens and closes the floor drain with a chrome turn knob inside the tub.
The tub rides on a solid stainless steel frame with 8 laser precision support points and adjustable leveling feet, and the shell is gel coat fiberglass. It installs back to a wall, in a 2-wall corner or in a 3-wall alcove. Removable front access panels keep the pump reachable for service once the tub is installed. MediTub lists it as ADA compliant, CSA certified, IAPMO listed and UL certified, and its spec sheet shows UPC and EGS certification.
Fitting the 30" x 60" Footprint
Measured for the room, the MediTub 30" x 60" wheelchair accessible walk-in bathtub is 60" L x 30" W x 42.25" H overall, with a 26" interior width, a 20" x 19.75" standing area and a 5" faucet deck. The drain sits 15" from the side wall and 9" from the back wall, which is the rough-in your plumber works to. Measure on site before building the surround: jet, pump and blower positions are set at the factory and cannot be moved.
The MediTub 3060WCA series is offered in white, with the drain on the left or right, and as a soaking model with no jets, an air bubble model, a whirlpool model or a dual whirlpool and air model. All of them share the same shell, seat, door and safety features, so the choice comes down to the massage you want and which side of the room the drain needs to be on.

Installation & Care
Installation
Left side drain, pump on the right; overall 60" L x 30" W x 42.25" H; the drain sits 15" from the side wall and 9" from the back wall. It installs back to a wall, in a 2-wall corner or in a 3-wall alcove. There is no tile flange; MediTub's manual calls for one on every wall side, so order the tile flange kit and fix it with silicone before the tub goes in. The supplied 1.5" waste and overflow connects to a minimum 1.5" sanitary drain line in Schedule 40 PVC, and the door drain hose joins the main drain at about 45 degrees. The faucet (sold separately) mounts on the 5" faucet deck. Electrical: one dedicated 110 to 120V branch circuit protected by a 15 A GFCI, run in 12 gauge, 3-conductor cable to a moisture-proof junction box 6" above the floor at the pump end, out of reach from inside the tub. Level the tub on its leveling feet and water test it before it is enclosed: fill above the highest jet, let it stand 30 minutes and run the jets for 10 minutes, and keep the motor access panel reachable. Lift the tub by its frame handles, never by the plumbing. MediTub requires installation by a licensed plumber and electrician; the installation manual is in Resources.
Care
Flush the jet piping before first use and once a month: fill with hot water 2" to 3" above the jets, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of low-foaming dishwasher detergent, run the jets 10 minutes and drain, then refill with cold water, run 15 minutes and drain. Clean hair and lint from the suction cover monthly, never run the pump dry and never run it with the suction cover off. Fill the tub at least 2" above the highest jet before you switch the jets on. Wipe the white shell with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, and rinse it; avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders and harsh chemical cleaners, which scour and dull the finish. Do not lean on the door or use it for support, since its alignment keeps the seal watertight. MediTub recommends a bath no hotter than 102°F.

MediTub ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused MediTub products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
MediTub covers the bathtub shell, frame and finish for 10 years from the original purchase, and the motors, controls, waste and overflow, fittings and plated finishes for one year, with labor covered in the first 90 days; the door seal carries a lifetime warranty. Register the tub at swcorp.com/register within 90 days of delivery, have it installed by a licensed plumber, electrician or contractor, and report any damage within 5 business days of delivery. The warranty belongs to the original owner and does not cover water damage, misuse or improper installation.
Warranty claims. Call MediTub (SW Corp) at 866-633-4882 with your proof of purchase, the model number and a description of the problem; written notice goes by certified mail to 5701 NW 35 Avenue, Miami, FL 33142.
