One bay, three booms
The Mosmatic DKZ Triple Set-Up Bay Package (part 65.938) equips one self-service car wash bay with three Z-series ceiling booms: one for the high-pressure wand, one for the foam brush and one for the foam gun. The Z shape of Mosmatic's DKZ booms is what lets several booms share one bay, so customers can work around the whole vehicle with each tool while the hoses stay overhead. Each polished stainless boom is 5'1" long and turns a full 360°.
What comes in the package
Alongside the booms, the package includes a straight wand with nozzle guard, a weep-system high-pressure gun, a DGV gun swivel, a spring-type floor wand holder with recovery port, a swiveling brush wand, a stainless brush bucket, a foam gun with wall holder, two stainless mat holders, two 15'5" comfort hoses and two high-pressure nozzles (2507 and 5040).
Planning the install
The booms are rated to 4000 psi and 250°F, but the two comfort hoses are rated 2900 psi and 140°F, so they set the limit for the bay as supplied. Each boom bolts to the ceiling through its plate, and Mosmatic specifies at least 30,000 N bearable load per bolt hole. A Mosmatic Dry air-boom add-on is available separately.

Each DKZ boom bolts to the ceiling through its mounting plate; Mosmatic specifies a bearable load of at least 30,000 N for each bolt hole (for example a 1/2" bolt). Plan the three boom positions so the wand, foam brush and foam gun each reach around the vehicle.
If you later add a Mosmatic Dry air boom to the bay, Mosmatic specifies extending the DKZ booms with extension shaft 902.753 (sold separately). Run the bay within the comfort hoses' 2900 psi and 140°F rating.

The DKZ Triple Set-Up Bay Package for Self-Serve Car Wash ships from Mosmatic in Bristol, Wisconsin, by ground carrier or LTL freight depending on the size of the order, and we confirm the method with you before dispatch. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Damaged in delivery
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Returns
Unused Mosmatic equipment in resalable condition and its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a manufacturer defect carry Mosmatic's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Special-order items are final sale, and used or installed equipment can't be returned.
Warranty
Mosmatic covers the DKZ Triple Set-Up Bay Package for Self-Serve Car Wash for 6 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation and maintenance, and repairs or replaces it at its discretion. Wear and tear, damage in transit, misuse, neglect, alteration, and improper installation or maintenance are not covered, and neither are labor charges or downtime.
Warranty claims. Mosmatic's warranty comes to you through us, so contact us, not Mosmatic, within 6 months of your order date with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Mosmatic.

Three Z-Booms in One Wash Bay
The Triple Set-up hangs three DKZ Z-shaped ceiling booms in a single self-serve bay: one for the high-pressure wand, one for the foam brush and one for the foam gun. Each 5'1" boom turns a full 360° in polished stainless steel.
The Z shape is what lets several booms work side by side in one bay, so customers can move around the whole vehicle with any of the three tools while the hoses stay overhead.
Swivels Rated Well Above the Hoses
Each DKZ boom is rated to 4000 psi and 250°F, with 3/8" NPT connections and a ceiling plate for overhead mounting. The weep-system gun is rated higher still, at 4500 psi and 300°F.
The two included comfort hoses are rated 2900 psi and 140°F, so they set the limit for the bay. Match your pump and water heater to that rating, or fit higher-rated hoses.
Plan the Bay Around Three Pivots
Mosmatic's layout drawing for the Triple Set-up spaces two of the ceiling pivots 8'2" apart with the third offset between them, so the wand, foam brush and foam gun each cover the vehicle from their own point.
Check the spacing against your bay and ceiling structure before ordering; the catalog page with the drawing is under Resources. Mosmatic Dry can be added later on its own air boom.

Is the Triple Set-up for three bays?
No. It equips one self-serve bay with three ceiling booms: wand, foam brush and foam gun. Mosmatic's Dual Set-up (two booms) is the smaller version.
What pressure and temperature can the bay run?
The DKZ booms are rated 4000 psi and 250°F, but the two comfort hoses in the package are rated 2900 psi and 140°F, so plan the bay around the hose rating.
How are the booms mounted?
Each boom bolts to the ceiling through its mounting plate. Mosmatic specifies at least 30,000 N bearable load per bolt hole, for example a 1/2" bolt.
Can I add a dryer to the bay later?
Yes. Mosmatic offers a Mosmatic Dry add-on with its own air boom. When an air boom is added, Mosmatic specifies extending the DKZ booms with an extension shaft.
Which nozzles are included?
Two high-pressure nozzles are included: a 2507 and a 5040, as listed in Mosmatic's package contents.
