Mytee BZ-105LX Breeze Portable Carpet Extractor, 500 PSI

What it is

The Mytee BZ-105LX Breeze is a portable carpet extractor for residential and commercial carpet cleaning and hard-surface extraction. It pairs an adjustable 500 PSI piston pump (1.5 GPM) with dual Mytee LX vacuum motors rated up to 250 CFM and 182" of water lift. It is the 500 PSI, manual-fill model in the Breeze line.

Vacuums and tanks

Every Breeze runs two Mytee LX vacuum motors, rated up to 250 CFM and 182" of water lift (about 13.4" Hg), and Mytee rates that suction for effective hose runs of 150'. The Breeze is Mytee's only extractor line built exclusively around the LX vacuums. Its 10-gallon solution tank and 10-gallon recovery tank are built for residential and commercial carpet cleaning and hard-surface extraction, and the recovery tank uses a strong baffle design.

Power and heat

The BZ-105LX runs on two detachable 50' 12/3 twist-lock power cords. Cord 1 draws 20 A and cord 2 draws 15 A at 115 V; plug each cord into its own 20 A circuit, and a dual circuit indicator light and tone confirm when both are on separate circuits. It is an unheated extractor; Mytee's 240-120 Hot Turbo portable heater can be added for hot-water cleaning.

Moving it

The BZ-105LX weighs 128 lb. 10" rear wheels make stair climbing easier and 4" locking front casters steer it around the job. The body is roto-molded polyethylene, and the included A145 Loading Buddy wheel kit helps load it into a work vehicle. The BZ-105LX-AUTO is the same machine with auto-fill, pump-out and chemical injection.

Tools and warranty

Mytee lists the 8314T Bentley 14" carpet wand, the 8314SW Bentley Pro speed wand, the 8300-EZ 12" dual jet wand and the 8400GT Mytee Dry GT upholstery tool alongside the BZ-105LX. Acid rinses and high-alkaline solutions damage piston pumps. The BZ-105LX is covered by Mytee's warranty: 1 year parts and labor, 2 years on major components such as pumps, vacuum motors and heaters, and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.

Mytee covers the BZ-105LX for 1 year on parts and labor, 2 years on major components (pumps, vacuum motors and heaters) and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks. Freezing damage, abuse, misuse and neglect void the warranty.
