Secure Hook and Loop Pad Attachment
The hook and loop face holds microfiber mop pads firmly in place, so the pad stays put while the mop moves and gives consistent cleaning results. The sturdy frame keeps the pad in full contact with the floor, which lets the microfiber capture dirt, dust and debris across its whole width.

Installation & Care
Installation
Connect the holder to an OmniClean or Unger Excella pole. Lay a 16" microfiber mop pad flat on a clean surface, press the holder down onto it so the hook and loop face grips the whole pad, and check the edges are aligned before mopping.
Care
Peel off the pad after each use for laundering and pick any lint or threads out of the hook and loop face so it keeps its grip. Rinse or wipe the frame with a damp cloth, let it dry and store it with the OmniClean cart or bucket kit.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
