The Unger VisaVersa Pro Complete (VV350, VV250 and VV450) combines a window washer and a squeegee in one cleaning tool, built for professional window cleaners who want to wash and dry glass without swapping tools. The Unger VisaVersa Pro 2 in 1 window squeegee comes in 10", 14" and 18" sizes and works by hand or on an Unger telescopic pole.
Wash, Flip, Squeegee
One side is a curved washer with a flat microfiber pad; the other is a stainless steel S-channel squeegee with soft rubber. Wash the glass, flip the tool over and squeegee it dry. On a pole that means you keep the pole extended and simply turn the tool instead of bringing it down to change heads, which keeps the work moving on high glass.
The VisaVersa Pro works in three modes. Flip is the most common: wash, flip and squeegee. Split uses the quick release clamp to take the squeegee off so washer and squeegee can be used as two separate tools, handy for quick touchups. Follow lets experienced users wash and squeegee at the same time in one movement.
Microfiber Pad and S-Channel Squeegee
The premium flat microfiber pad has high water absorption and holds plenty of water, which means fewer trips to the bucket. It is lightweight with an easy glide, attaches to the curved washer with secure hook and loop, and is machine washable and reusable. The curved shape of the washer keeps constant contact with the surface.
The squeegee uses a quality stainless steel S-channel with Unger's Pro soft rubber, set at a 30 degree angle, for effective glass cleaning with an easy glide. The rubber is easy to change, and an optimized S-spring gives a quick release. Replacement rubbers are available, and the VisaVersa Pro Microfiber Pad comes in 10", 14" and 18" to match each tool (VEP25, VEP35, VEP45).
ErgoTec XL Handle
The nonslip, comfortable ErgoTec XL handle is designed for fatigue-free work and better ergonomics over an extended working period, with a comfortable quick release thumb plate and clamp. It is compatible with Unger telescopic poles, so you can reach upper windows from the ground and avoid the use of ladders.
The 10" VV250 suits small panes and frames, the 14" VV350 is an all round size for residential and commercial windows, and the 18" VV450 covers more glass on each pass. Each tool is 8.8" wide and 5" high, weighing 0.6 lb, 0.7 lb and 0.9 lb respectively.
For high windows, offices and retail glass, homes, hotels and restaurants, the Unger VisaVersa Pro Complete replaces a separate washer and squeegee with one tool, and the 2 in 1 window squeegee keeps both functions ready on every pane.

Installation & Care
Installation
The VisaVersa Pro comes assembled. Fit the microfiber pad to the curved washer with the hook and loop. To use the squeegee on its own, open the quick release clamp with the thumb plate and lift it off; refit it the same way. For high windows, attach the handle to an Unger telescopic pole.
Care
Remove the microfiber pad after use and machine wash it; it is reusable. Rinse the squeegee channel and rubber with clean water, and change the rubber when the edge wears. Let the tool dry before storing.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
