Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding on adjustable leveling feet; licensed plumbers and electricians should be employed. Electrical: one dedicated 20 amp, 110V GFCI-protected circuit, with the GFCI provided by the installer; plug the tub into the GFCI outlet. Plumbing: connect the hot and cold labeled hoses to the supplies and the flexible drain hose to the floor drain (consult a plumber on whether a flexible hose suits your home's plumbing). Water test first: fill to about 1.5" above the jets, check for leaks over 30 minutes, then run the jets and light for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not seal the base with silicone; leave a 0.4" to 0.59" gap for pump ventilation. Never run the jets without water. ANZZI's manual also cautions: children should not use the hydromassage tub without adult supervision; do not allow electric appliances (hair dryer, lamp, radio, telephone or television) within 1.5 yards of the tub; and magnetic bath pillows may affect cardiac pacemaker users. Delivered curbside by freight.
Care
ANZZI's manual: most dirt washes off with mild soap; rinse with warm water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. For tough spots use liquid dishwashing soap or a non-chlorine bleach, and always test a cleaner on a small area first. Never use abrasives on the surface.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this bathtub to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA).
