Installation uses standard connections. The tank bolts to the bowl with gaskets supplied in the box, a wax ring and lock bolts secure the bowl to the floor flange, and an adapter is included between the supply inlet and the hose if your supply needs it. It also pairs well with an electric bidet seat for a smart-toilet upgrade.

Measure before ordering: the rough-in is 12", while the spec drawing dimensions the drain center at 10.83" to 11.81" from the wall. The box holds the toilet and tank, the tank cover and handle assembly, the tank sealing gasket, tank bolts with metal and rubber gaskets and lock nuts, the wax ring, lock bolts with bolt caps and anchors, washers, an adapter for the supply inlet and the seat with lid.

Installation & Care
Installation
Floor mounted on a 12" rough-in. Turn the bowl upside down on a soft surface, seat the wax ring evenly around the waste horn and run a thin bead of sealant around the base. Slide the lock bolts into the floor flange, set the bowl and tighten the lock nuts without over tightening, then cap the bolts. Fit the sealing gasket, set the tank on the bowl and tighten the tank bolts evenly, connect the supply (using the adapter if needed), pour water in the bowl to seal against sewer gas and fit the seat. The floor flange is not provided.
Care
Clean the glazed ceramic with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, then rinse and wipe dry. Do not use scouring powder or abrasive pads on the glaze or the seat. Test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, rinse completely and do not let cleaner soak.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this toilet to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
