The ANZZI EF-AZ105WH is a Fields Series 150 CFM ceiling mount bathroom exhaust fanwith a white grille, rated 0.5 sones and sized for rooms up to 130 sq. ft. Trapped humidity causes wear and tear on paint, drywall and fixtures, and the fan removes excess moisture, odors and pollutants.
150 CFM for Rooms up to 130 Sq. Ft.
Humidity left trapped after a shower or bath wears on paint, drywall and fixtures. At 150 CFM, the fan cycles that moist air out quickly, and it is rated for larger bathrooms of up to 130 sq. ft. It is rated at 0.5 sones for super quiet operation.
Smart sensors take over the switching. A built-in humidity sensor starts the fan at maximum speed when moisture reaches the level you set on the H knob (OFF, or 30% to 90%), and the T knob sets how long it keeps running at maximum after the humidity drops, from 5 to 60 minutes. A motion sensor runs the fan at maximum whenever someone moves within its sensing area, a radius equal to the fan's mounting height, then lets it slow once the room is empty, dry and the timer is done.
A three-position toggle switch sets the airflow the fan settles back to once the timer is up; with all toggles off, the fan stops.
A built-in LED light in the grille brightens the bathroom while using less energy, and it runs on its own wall switch.
Built to Last in a Wet Room
The housing is sturdy galvanized steel, tough and rust resistant, and the 35 W AC capacitor motor is thermally protected and permanently lubricated for a long life with no oiling. ANZZI lists the fan as ETL-cETL, HVI, CEC certified and ENERGY STAR.
Fit, Ducting and Installation
The housing measures 11-3/8" L x 10-1/2" W x 7-5/8" H, with a 13" L x 13-3/4" W grille, and it fits 13.8" to 24" between joists, or mounts to I-joists, standard joists and truss construction. It connects to 6" round ductwork with a damper.
Safety and Installation Rules
Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified persons to all applicable codes and standards, including fire-rated construction, and the unit must be grounded. Install it at least 7 ft above the floor in the USA (8.2 ft in Canada), in a ceiling up to a 12/12 pitch with the duct connector pointing up, never in a wall. Over a tub or shower it must be marked as suitable for that use and connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit, and no switch may be reachable from the tub or shower. Ducted fans must vent outdoors, the fan must not be used with a solid-state speed control, and it is not for use in a cooking area or for hazardous or explosive vapors.
The ANZZI EF-AZ105WH bathroom exhaust fan pairs 150 CFM with 0.5-sone quiet operation in a galvanized steel housing.
Features
150 CFM Moisture Removal

Installation & Care
Installation
Ceiling mounted between joists spaced 13.8" to 24", or to I-joists, joists or trusses, with the housing flange flush to the joist. In the USA install it at least 7 ft above the floor (8.2 ft in Canada), on a GFCI protected branch circuit. Run 120V AC house wiring to the fan and connect it with UL-approved wire nuts (not provided) as the wiring diagram shows, with separate switches for the fan, the sensor and the light. Connect 6" round ductwork (not provided) to the duct connector, check that the damper flips freely, tape every joint airtight, keep the run short with few bends, and end at a roof or wall cap with a built-in damper.
Care
Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off at service panel and lock the switch to prevent power from being switched on accidentally. When the switch cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. Remove the grille by pinching its springs and wash it in warm, soapy water, then dry it before refitting. Remove dust from the fan body with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use abrasive cloths, and never use solvents, thinner or harsh chemicals on the fan.
