Extech TKG150 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The Extech TKG150 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge/Datalogger is engineered for precise, non-destructive measurements of wall thickness in metal structures, making it a reliable solution for maintenance, inspection, and quality control tasks. Equipped with advanced features such as Echo to Echo and B-scan capabilities, the TKG150 helps identify thinning and internal defects, even through surface coatings.

Users benefit from datalogging functionality to record and store readings efficiently, as well as a vibrate mode for silent alerts in noisy environments. A built-in non-contact voltage detector adds an extra layer of safety when working near live circuits. The monochrome display provides clear readouts, while the durable build and included accessories make it a field-ready device from day one.

Features

Monochrome Thickness Readout
Clear display of wall thickness measurements on a simple, easy-to-read monochrome screen.

Non-Destructive Measurement
Allows precise thickness readings without damaging or altering the structure being tested.

Echo to Echo Capability
Measures true metal thickness by ignoring surface coatings for more accurate inspection.

B-Scan Imaging
Displays cross-sectional views of materials to visualize wall thinning over a scanned path.

Datalogging and Vibrate Function
Stores multiple readings for later analysis and uses vibration alerts for quiet notification in noisy settings.

Built-in Non-Contact Voltage Detector
Enhances safety by detecting the presence of live voltage near testing areas.
