HEPACART Multiple Tile Adapter for HALO Containment Carts

Wider ceiling access

The HEPACART Multiple Tile Adapter (MTA) widens a containment cart's reach into the ceiling. A standard HEPACART or DUSTBUGGY encloses one 2' x 4' ceiling tile; the adapter fits securely into the cart's top frame and expands access two to three times into multiple tiles while the cart keeps the same footprint on the floor. HEPACART also lists it as the option required to reach 14' ceilings.

Fit and sizing

This is the HALO top frame version, made for carts with HEPACART's HALO LED lighting. Order it by cart size: one for 55 carts, one for 74 carts and one for 74X carts. It works on both Classic and AutoLift models, and the DUSTBUGGY line shares the same sizes and top frame.

HEPACART covers the HEPACART Multiple Tile Adapter under its own manufacturer warranty, on HEPACART's terms; we don't add a separate warranty. Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.

HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.

The Multiple Tile Adapter is HEPACART's answer to ceiling work that spans more than one tile, and with the Stackable Extension Modules (AutoLift only), the tall enclosure (Classic) and the ALEM it is one of the ways to take a cart above its standard 10'6" reach. It fits HEPACART and DUSTBUGGY carts of the matching size.
