HEPACART Stackable Extension Module for AutoLift Containment Carts

Taller AutoLift enclosure

The HEPACART Stackable Extension Module (SEM) adds height to the enclosure of an AutoLift containment cart. Each module is 2' tall and securely fastens to the cart, so an AutoLift that reaches 10'6" as standard reaches 12' with one module, and additional modules take it to 14' and higher. Stackable modules are made for AutoLift models only; Classic carts use the tall enclosure instead.

Ordering tiers

Order by cart size and tier. Each size, 55, 74 or 74X, has a base tier and an additional tier at the same price. Start with the base tier, then add tiers on top of it for each further 2' of height. The modules fit HEPACART AutoLift carts and, per the DUSTBUGGY catalog pages, DUSTBUGGY AutoLift carts of the same size.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then HEPACART ships in-stock items by ground parcel from Lenexa, Kansas, within 2 to 4 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves HEPACART.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.

HEPACART covers the HEPACART Stackable Extension Module under its own manufacturer warranty, on HEPACART's terms; we don't add a separate warranty. Complete the warranty activation when HEPACART's Warranty Activation Email arrives, and keep the model and serial number from the unit's label with your records.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.

HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.

Stackable Extension Modules are the AutoLift's route to taller ceilings within HEPACART's cart range. The Classic reaches 12' with a tall enclosure instead, the Multiple Tile Adapter opens more tiles and adds reach on either lift type, and the ALEM lets a taller ladder work up to 16' from inside the cart.
