Every ANZZI solid surface kitchen sink is crafted using RHINO ALLOY certified composite materials for a flawless matte finish, and the man-made stone surface is smooth, warm to the touch and resistant to stains, scratches and discoloration. It is engineered for scratch and impact resistance. The inside corners are seamless 10 mm radius corners for easier cleaning, with versatile flush or undermount style installation.

The K-AZ273-A1 is a 0-hole sink. Ensure adequate clearance behind the sink for any faucet and backsplash, and full range of motion for faucet spouts and handles. The 3.5" drain opening takes the included polished chrome strainer.

Installation & Care
Installation
Because of a +/- 5 mm tolerance in the measurements, do not cut or build the countertop until the sink is received and measured. Start with the general recommendations: read the installation and maintenance instructions thoroughly, inspect the sink for any noticeable damage before installation, and check all local plumbing and building codes. The instructions cover composite or solid surface countertops only; refer a stone, marble, granite or butcher-block countertop to an experienced countertop fabricator. Installation by experienced, professional installers only is suggested, with on-site installation for custom cutting of the countertop; acceptable variances are approximately 1/8", and farmhouse sinks require custom order cabinets, so consult your cabinet dealer. The tools list runs from a tape measure, jigsaw and framing square to shims, wood braces, denatured alcohol, silicone adhesive sealant and ear and eye protection. To prepare the sink base cabinet, you need a custom order sink base cabinet with a front cutout to accommodate a 10" deep sink, and a plywood platform built on a support frame inside the cabinet that must support the weight of the sink and any attachments such as a garbage disposal. With the sink on the platform, its top must sit evenly flush against the bottom of the countertop, with clearance for the water supply lines, drains or garbage disposal. To set the sink, clean the bottom of the countertop and the top flange of the sink with denatured alcohol, apply a bead of silicone adhesive (not supplied) around the top edge of the sink, place the countertop onto the sink and remove excess sealant. The cutout template only applies to undermount installation. For the countertop, a 1/4" reveal on 3 sides is recommended for undermount installation; for flush mount or built-up installation, cut along the outside line of the sink profile. The front of a farmhouse sink is designed to extend 3/4" beyond the front of the countertop. No template is provided: outline the sink itself in pencil.
Care
Clean regularly with soap, hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, which avoids build-up or deposits that would be tougher to remove. Test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, wipe and rinse completely with water straight after, rinse and dry any overspray, and never allow the cleaner to soak.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this kitchen sink to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
