The KwiKool BioKool is a 1-ton spot cooler that also cleans the air it cools. It delivers 13,800 BTU/hr at 95°F and 60% RH, pulls room air through a pre-filter and a HEPA filter, and treats the air chamber with UVC lamps, all inside a 304 stainless steel cabinet.
It is meant for clinics, labs, offices and equipment rooms where cooling and clean air are both on the list. Choose the KBIO1411-3 with HEPA and UVC, or the KBIX1411-3, which adds needle-point bipolar ionization. Both run on a 115V, 20 A circuit.

Setup & Placement
Roll the BioKool into place and lock the casters. Connect the condenser make-up and discharge openings to the two-duct ceiling kit or to ducts that run to another ventilated space, then connect the external condensate tank or a drain line.
Plug the unit into a dedicated 115V, 20 A circuit with a NEMA 5-20 receptacle. Check that the pre-filter and HEPA filter are seated with the airflow arrows pointing into the unit before the first start.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and we confirm KwiKool's ship date by email once your order is placed. The BioKool 13,800 BTU Spot Cooler with HEPA and UVC ships by LTL freight from KwiKool in Stafford, Texas, to a business address in the lower 48 states or DC; we can't deliver to homes. Freight is free on orders of $2,900 or more to an address with a loading dock or forklift, or $75 with liftgate delivery. On orders under $2,900, freight is $149, or $224 with liftgate delivery. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused KwiKool equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery, but only if KwiKool approves the return in writing. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry a restocking fee of up to 20%, you prepay the return freight to KwiKool in Texas, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. KwiKool charges for repairing any damage it finds on arrival, special-order configurations and installed filters are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.
KwiKool covers the BioKool 13,800 BTU Spot Cooler with HEPA and UVC for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, from the ship date or a documented installation date, but no later than 18 months after shipping. Rental units are covered for 90 days. Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, freight damage and running outside the rated ambient temperatures void the warranty, filters, belts and other maintenance items are not covered, and the warranty applies to units bought for commercial or industrial use.
Warranty claims. Register the BioKool 13,800 BTU Spot Cooler with HEPA and UVC at kwikool.com when it arrives. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, or call KwiKool Technical Support at 1-800-594-5665. KwiKool decides between an approved on-site repair and a return to its repair facility; in the first 90 days it pays the freight both ways, and after that the owner pays the freight.
