The SaunaSpa SC-SS0025-0S is a round 1 to 2 person indoor infrared sauna, built from Canadian hemlock with a tempered glass door. Its 2200 W heating system of 7 low EMF far infrared panels and 2 red light tubes heats the cabin up to 149°F on 120V AC, 60Hz, and the sauna requires its own 30 A dedicated circuit, with all electrical work done by a licensed electrician.
Its round shape and layered lights, from the ceiling canopy and cove lighting down to an accent strip around the base, give it a finished, furniture-like look in a living room, studio or primary suite.
How a Session Feels
The heaters are spread around the cabin to deliver gentle, even warmth, so the heat feels comfortable while you sit, read or simply relax at the end of the day. You set the temperature anywhere from 86 to 149°F and run the timer from a V3 touch control panel and built-in WiFi app control, so you can also start and adjust it from your phone.
SaunaSpa's user guide suggests a hot shower beforehand to help you start to perspire, a session of 30 minutes or less, plenty of water before, during and after, and waiting 10 to 20 minutes after hard exercise before you step in. Perspiration usually begins within 15 to 25 minutes, and the adjustable ceiling vent or the door brings in fresh air whenever you want it.
Light, Air and Sound
Inside, ceiling canopy and perimeter cove chromotherapy lighting, plus an accent light strip around the base sets the mood, chosen from the light button. An oxygen ionizer with separate ion and ozone modes and the roof vent keep the air fresh, and the built-in audio, with Bluetooth, FM radio, USB input and dual stereo speakers, plays music or a podcast from speakers mounted under the top board, where the cabin itself helps the sound. The control panel shows the cabin temperature and the time left, and a button lock keeps settings steady.
Canadian Hemlock Build and Sizing
Canadian hemlock, which SaunaSpa uses inside and out for its strength, prevents heat loss and dries fast after a session, and the natural finish varies from cabin to cabin. The sauna is ETL and FCC certified for indoor use. It arrives as panels that interlock with buckles and screws, and the back board is intentionally slightly bowed, which adds strength once the cabin is assembled by at least 2 adults.
Outside, the cabin measures 51.2" diameter x 78.7" H; inside it is 45" x 45" x 74" H, with a 44" x 19" bench. The guide calls for at least 6" of clearance from every wall, so backed against a wall it needs a spot about 63.2" wide and 57.2" deep, and at 78.7" tall it fits under a standard 8' ceiling. It needs its own 120V, 30 A circuit.
For 1 to 2 people who want regular sauna sessions at home, the SaunaSpa SC-SS0025-0S 1 to 2 person indoor infrared sauna combines 2200 W of infrared heat, ceiling canopy and perimeter cove chromotherapy lighting, an oxygen ionizer and built-in audio in a Canadian hemlock cabin on its own 120V, 30 A dedicated circuit.
Features
Infrared Heat on 120V
The 2200 W system of 7 low EMF far infrared panels and 2 red light tubes heats the cabin to 149°F on 120V AC, 60Hz, from its own 30 A dedicated circuit wired by a licensed electrician.
Built for One or Two
At 51.2" diameter x 78.7" H outside and 45" x 45" x 74" H inside, with a 44" x 19" bench, the round cabin seats 1 to 2 people without needing a dedicated room.
Precise Temperature and Timer
Set the heat from 86 to 149°F and the session timer from a V3 touch control panel and built-in WiFi app control; a button lock keeps settings steady, and the display reads LO until the cabin passes 86°F.
WiFi App Control
Built-in WiFi lets you control the sauna's functions from a smartphone app, so the cabin can be warming up before you walk into the room.
Color Lighting Inside
The sauna has ceiling canopy and perimeter cove chromotherapy lighting, plus an accent light strip around the base, switched on and off and changed in color from the light button so each session can feel different.
Fresh Air While You Sit
An oxygen ionizer with ion and ozone modes and an adjustable roof vent manage airflow and odors, so the cabin stays comfortable through a full session.
Music in the Cabin
Pair a phone to the built-in audio, which offers Bluetooth, FM radio, USB input and dual stereo speakers, so music or a podcast plays through the cabin while you relax.
Canadian Hemlock and Tempered Glass
Walls and benches in Canadian hemlock with a tempered glass door hold the heat in and dry quickly, and the build is ETL and FCC certified for indoor use.

Installation & Care
Installation
SaunaSpa saunas are for indoor use only. Set the sauna on a dry, solid, level surface that can carry its weight, with at least 6" of clearance from every wall, away from water sources and flammable materials, and where the power cord reaches an accessible outlet. At least 2 adults are needed for assembly; the guide lists a pencil, hammer, tape measure, electric drill and Phillips screwdriver. The sauna requires a 120V AC, 30 A dedicated circuit, shared with no other appliance and used without wall adapters or extension cords; SaunaSpa states that all electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician to national, state and local codes.
Care
Unplug the sauna after each use and open the door so heat and moisture dissipate, then wipe sweat from the walls, bench and floor with a towel. Clean the wood with a wrung-out damp towel (a small vacuum helps inside) and use only non-toxic, water-based cleaners: no gasoline, alcohol or abrasive materials. Wipe the glass with a microfiber cloth. Never pour water on the heaters, keep the vents clear, and after 4 hours of operation rest the sauna for at least 30 minutes. In dry climates, wipe the wood now and then with a damp towel; do not store the sauna somewhere humid.
