Pump, Controller and Remote

Pump, Controller and Remote

Each Fill N Go Delivery unit pumps pure water with a USA-made 12V pump on a digital flow controller, and a remote lets you turn the flow up, down or off from the pole.

Turn the flow down on easy glass to make 50 gallons last the day. The Delivery units run from a Group 24, 12V deep-cycle marine battery and a 2-amp trickle charger that you supply.

Two Reels for Two Operators

Two Reels for Two Operators

The Fill N Go Delivery Dual User carries two premium Tucker reels with 150' of 3/8" ID hose each, plus two pumps and two flow controllers. The Single User has one of each.

Two operators can work different sides of a building from one unit. Check that your vehicle has room for the reels on top and that both hoses reach the far side of your usual jobs.

A 50-Gallon Pure Water Tank

A 50-Gallon Pure Water Tank

Every member of this range is built around a 50-gallon tank: the Delivery units carry theirs on a powder-coated aluminum frame, and the auxiliary tank adds another 50 gallons.

There is no purifier on board, so fill the tank from your RO/DI system at the shop. More water on the truck means fewer refill trips and more working time on sites with no usable tap.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

Does a Fill N Go Delivery make pure water?

No. The Delivery units and the auxiliary tank have no purifier. Fill them with pure water from your own RO/DI system, then pump it to the pole on site.

What powers the Delivery units?

A deep-cycle marine battery you supply. Tucker recommends a Group 24, 12V battery with at least 500 cranking amps and a 2-amp marine trickle charger.

How much water do they hold?

Each Delivery unit has a 50-gallon tank, and the auxiliary tank holds another 50 gallons.

How many people can work from one unit?

The Single User feeds one pole through one reel. The Dual User has two pumps, two flow controllers and two 150' reels for two operators at once.

What hose comes on the reels?

Each premium Tucker reel carries 150' of 3/8" ID spot-free water hose. Run your pole tubing from the end of that hose.
