The Unger Excella Cleaning Pad (EF40M) is a 20" (51 cm) microfiber mop pad for the Unger Excella Floor Cleaning System. The Unger Excella 20" cleaning pad lifts and traps dirt, dust and debris from hardwood, tile and linoleum floors and attaches by hook and loop to the 18" Excella Mop Pad Holder (EF40B) used in the Excella starter and floor cleaning kits.
10mm Looped Microfiber Pile
The pad is made of durable 100% polyester microfiber with a 10mm looped pile, giving it gliding ability across the floor along with strong dirt absorption. It can be used wet with the Excella liquid dispensing pole for damp mopping, or dry for dust pickup, and its microfiber construction leaves a streak free finish. The pad is gray and measures 20" x 5.5" x 0.9", with a weight of 0.2 lb.
Each pad is rated for 300 wash cycles, so it stays in service for many uses before replacement and keeps cost per cleaning low.
Color Coding Tabs
The Excella cleaning pad comes in one pad color, gray, with color coding tabs for Unger's SmartColor Cleaning System. To assign a pad to a cleaning zone, cut off the tabs of the colors you do not need and keep the one for that zone, so pads for restrooms and pads for general areas stay apart.
The pad suits patient rooms and corridors in healthcare facilities, classrooms, gymnasiums and hallways in schools, sales floors and back of house areas in retail, and lobbies and meeting rooms in office buildings. Unger includes two EF40M pads in the Excella Floor Cleaning Kit 18" (EFKT1). For the 24" Mop Pad Holder (EF60B) choose the 26" Excella Cleaning Pad (EF60M), and for restrooms the Excella Restroom Cleaning Pad (EF40R). Keep a set of Unger EF40M cleaning pads in rotation so a fresh pad is ready while others are in the wash.

Installation & Care
Installation
Attach the EF40B Mop Pad Holder securely to the base of the Excella pole, then press the pad's hook and loop backing onto the holder so it is centered. With an actuator pole, press the actuator button to apply cleaning solution; otherwise apply solution to the floor by hand. Mop the edges first, then work in an S motion from the corner furthest from the door.
Care
Peel the pad off the holder after use and launder it; each pad is rated for 300 wash cycles. Let pads dry fully before storing, and keep pads for each color zone separate.

You'll get tracking by email as soon as this item ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
This is a consumable item that needs routine replacement. Unger's Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty excludes consumables such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the damage and returns terms above apply.
