The Unger Excella 24" floor cleaning kit pairs the Excella Offset Pole with Actuator (EFPL1) with a 24" aluminum Mop Pad Holder (EF60B), two 26" Excella Cleaning Pads (EF60M) and two 1L Excella Bottles (EFBTL), so the floor cleaner is carried on the pole and dispensed on demand.
A 24" Path for Open Floors
The EF60B holder measures 24" across and weighs 1 lb, and the gray EF60M microfiber cleaning pads that fit it measure 26" long. Each pass covers a wider strip than the 18" Excella kit, which suits long hallways and open areas where the mop rarely has to turn around furniture. The pads fasten to the holder with hook and loop, so swapping a loaded pad for the clean spare takes one pull and one press.
Cleaner Dispensed From the Pole
There are no buckets to fill before a shift and none to lift or carry between areas. Each 1L (34 oz) bottle fits onto the pole, and pressing the actuator button sends cleaner through a blockage free pulse system that dispenses liquid precisely ahead of the pad. The refillable bottle has a filling level guide and a high precision dispensing mechanism and nozzle that needs no clogging or flushing routine. With two bottles in the box, a refill or a second solution is always ready.
The offset pole is built around damp mopping motion. Rotatable grips let the operator steer the 24" holder in an intuitive S shaped motion with minimal effort. The telescopic pole adjusts from 45" to 60" (114 to 152 cm): turn the locking collar, set the grip at the height of the worker's chin and tighten the locking cone, keeping the pole below the STOP indicator mark. Fitting the pole to each operator keeps posture upright over a long run of floor.
Color Coding and the Excella Range
Excella cleaning pads carry color coding tabs, and the replaceable bottle is color coded with a filling level display, so a facility can keep pads and solutions assigned to their own cleaning zones. The kit works for wet and dry floor cleaning in hospitals, schools, offices, hotels and retail spaces.
Every component is also sold as a separate Excella part. The EFBTL bottle fits both the offset pole with actuator and the Excella Straight Pole with Actuator (EFPL4), and the EF60B holder also takes the 26" Excella Finishing Pad (EF60F). Installation & Care
Installation
Attach the EF60B mop pad holder securely to the base of the pole, then press an EF60M cleaning pad onto the holder's hook and loop face. Fill an EFBTL bottle with floor cleaner and fit it to the pole. To set the height, turn the locking collar, raise or lower the pole until the grip meets the worker's chin, and tighten the locking cone; do not extend the pole past the STOP indicator mark. Press the actuator button to apply cleaner and mop using an S shaped motion.
Care
Launder the microfiber cleaning pads after use and keep the spare pad clean for the next shift. Rinse bottles with clean water when changing solutions, and wipe the pole and holder down before storing.

Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use.
