The Unger HydroPower Ultra Entry Kit 20' (UHPK1) is a complete pure water window cleaning system for cleaning professionals who want to wash elevated glass from the ground. The Unger HydroPower Ultra 20' kit pairs the HydroPower Ultra small tank (UHP01) with a HiFlo nLite aluminum pole that extends to 20', an 11" nLITE Power Brush, an nLITE angle adapter and DuroFlex hose, giving a total reach of over 24' with no ladder.
How Pure Water Cleaning Works
Tap water carries dissolved minerals, measured as TDS (total dissolved solids) in parts per million, and those minerals are what leave spots and streaks when glass dries. The HydroPower Ultra tank removes them by deionization: water passes through mixed bed ion exchange resin and comes out at zero TDS. You scrub the glass with the brush, rinse with the same pure water, and let it dry spot free, without chemicals.
The system runs on plumbing line pressure, so it needs no electricity or external power. Connect a garden hose to the Water IN fitting at the base, the pole hose to the Water OUT fitting, and open the supply. Unger's manual notes that the run off does not have to be remediated and is safe for plants and animals, which suits work around landscaped commercial and residential sites.
Resin Packs and the Built In TDS Meter
The small tank takes one green Ultra Resin Pack, factory filled with the precise amount of mixed bed DI resin. Packs change quickly, and Unger states the HydroPower Ultra resin packs deliver 30% more pure water per filling. A built in TDS meter shows water quality in real time: a reading of 0 means the system is running properly, and when it reaches 10 ppm the resin should be replaced. Testing the site water first is worthwhile, because higher incoming TDS reduces how much pure water a pack produces.
The tank measures 14" x 13.1" x 12.3" and weighs 21.9 lb, a compact size that travels in a van and fits confined spaces on site. It operates up to 116 psi (8 bar) with water no warmer than 86°F, and it must be protected against frost.
Pole, Brush and Hose
The HiFlo nLite aluminum pole extends up to 20' for safe, ground level cleaning of elevated windows. At the top, the flagged nLITE Power Brush has 11" of nylon bristles to agitate dirt while pure water rinses it away, and the carbon fiber nLITE Gen 1 angle adapter sets the brush at a working angle to the glass. The green DuroFlex hose carries pure water from the tank to the pole.

Installation & Care
Installation
Set the tank upright on a stable spot and check the green Ultra Resin Pack is seated in the top position. Attach the pole hose to the Water OUT connection, thread the on/off valve onto a garden hose and attach it to the Water IN connection at the base, with all valves open. Turn on the supply, and when water flows switch on the TDS meter: 0 means the system is running properly. Do not exceed 116 psi (8 bar) or 86°F water, and never use loose resin.
Care
Replace the Ultra Resin Pack when the TDS meter reads 10 ppm, seating the new pack with the rubber handle up. Protect the system from frost and store spare resin in its labeled packaging in a cool, dry place. Clean up any spilled resin at once, as it is a slip hazard. Wash and rinse glass from top to bottom, test coated or laminated glass on a small area first, and avoid pure water on varnished, glazed or oiled frames.

You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered.
