The Unger nLITE PowerPad Complete (PWH35 14", PWH45 18") is a microfiber pad tool for pure water window cleaning on a water fed pole. Each Unger nLITE PowerPad Complete comes as a handle with an nLITE microfiber cleaning pad, built for large ground floor glass such as storefronts, office partitions and glass doors, and suited both to pure water professionals and to cleaners new to Unger pure water technology.
Microfiber Instead of Bristles
In place of a brush, the PowerPad puts a microfiber cleaning pad on the glass. The pad gives a large contact area, and its microfiber technology is made for streak free cleaning. Overlapping microfiber around the pad edge acts as its edge protection, so the pad is meant for the glass itself; Unger excludes window frames from its application area.
A special rinse bar delivers powerful, uniform rinsing over the entire width of the pad and the glass. That permanent rinsing with pure water gives a self cleaning effect that prevents dirt from building up in the pad while you work. Keep the pad clean, rinse it well with pure water and change it when it is very dirty. Some surfaces are sensitive to scratching, so test the pad on a small area before use.
360 Degree Swivel with 7 Working Positions
The swivel allows up and down as well as left and right movement and keeps the pad in permanent contact with the glass, even when working laterally. It can be locked in 7 working positions for different tasks. The S shaped movement will be familiar to anyone who has used a classic squeegee and washer, which helps new staff produce professional results with less training.
The PowerPad is fully compatible with all Unger nLITE and OptiLoc telescopic poles, so it fits into an existing pure water setup. The 14" PowerPad is also the cleaning head in the HydroPower Ultra PowerPad Starter Kit.
Choosing 14" or 18"
The 14" PWH35 measures 14" x 8" x 3.4" and weighs 1.1 lb. The 18" PWH45 measures 18" x 11.4" x 3.4" and weighs 1.2 lb and covers more glass with each pass. Both are gray, black and green with a microfiber pad, and the ergonomic design reduces user fatigue during long sessions.
Typical work includes expansive ground floor windows in commercial buildings, large retail storefronts, glass partitions and interior windows in offices, and glass doors and panels in hotels and restaurants. For cleaners who want pure water results with the familiar feel of classic glass cleaning, the Unger nLITE PowerPad Complete offers a microfiber option in two widths.
