Two sections slide inside each other, and a twist lock in 2C plastic sets the length: turn to release, slide the inner section out, and turn again to lock. An extension stop keeps the inner section from being pulled out of the outer one. The 4' EZ120 weighs 0.9 lb and the 13' EZ400 weighs 2 lb.

Installation & Care
Installation
Push the tool onto the ErgoTec Locking Cone until it engages. Twist the lock to release it, slide the inner section out to the length you need and twist the lock closed again before lifting the pole.
Care
Wipe the pole clean and rinse off grit after use so the sections slide freely. Dry it before collapsing and store it upright on the end cap or flat on a rack.

You'll get tracking by email as soon as this item ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
