The Unger StarDuster Pro Ceiling Fan Duster (CEDUG) is a microfiber ceiling fan cleaner for cleaning professionals who look after fans in lobbies, classrooms, guest rooms and offices. This Unger ceiling fan duster uses plush microfiber strands to capture and hold dust from fan blades of various shapes and sizes, including modern wide blades, with minimal effort.
Built Around the Fan Blade
The duster head measures 9" long, 11" wide and 3.5" high, and its plush microfiber strands capture and trap the dust on each blade, reducing the dust that becomes airborne during cleaning. The ergonomic design lets a cleaner work blade by blade without strain.
For fans within easy reach, the duster is used by hand. For fans on high or vaulted ceilings, it attaches to any telescopic pole, giving safe access to the blades from the floor and eliminating the need for ladders. Unger designs its dusting tools to fit the ErgoTec Locking Cone, which comes standard on Unger aluminum telescopic poles and keeps tools from becoming loose or falling off while in use.
A Washable Sleeve for Repeated Use
The microfiber sleeve is removable and machine washable, so it can be laundered between jobs and put back into service, which supports the tool's long-term use. The head and sleeve together weigh 0.5 lb.
In commercial spaces, the duster keeps ceiling fans in lobbies, offices and common areas clean. It suits classrooms, libraries and gyms with high ceilings in schools, patient areas and waiting rooms in healthcare facilities, and guest rooms, living areas and lobbies in hotels.
The Unger StarDuster Pro Ceiling Fan Duster CEDUG gives crews one gray plastic and microfiber tool for every ceiling fan on the route, from a reachable office fan to a blade high over a gym floor.
Features
Plush Microfiber Strands
Microfiber strands capture and trap dust from the fan blade. Dust is held in the strands and carried away instead of being knocked loose into the room.
Fits Many Blade Shapes
The duster cleans ceiling fans of various shapes and sizes. Modern wide blades are covered as well as standard paddles.
Hand Held or Pole Mounted
Use the duster by hand for easy-to-reach fans, or attach it to any telescopic pole. High ceiling fans are cleaned from the floor, eliminating the need for ladders.
Removable, Machine Washable Sleeve
The microfiber sleeve comes off the head and goes through the washing machine. Laundering it between jobs keeps the tool in service for the long term.
Ergonomic Design
The ergonomic design allows easy and efficient cleaning without strain. It keeps repeated overhead work comfortable on routes with many fans to dust.
Light 0.5 lb Tool
The duster weighs 0.5 lb, so it stays manageable at the top of an extended telescopic pole. The head is 11" wide, 9" long and 3.5" high.

Installation & Care
Installation
Use the duster by hand for fans within reach. For high fans, attach it to the top of a telescopic pole; on Unger aluminum poles the ErgoTec Locking Cone comes standard and holds the tool securely, with a quick release button for tool changes. Turn the fan off and let it stop before dusting the blades.
Care
Remove the microfiber sleeve and machine wash it when it is loaded with dust. Let it dry fully before refitting it to the head, and wipe the plastic frame with a damp cloth as needed. Skip fabric softener so the microfiber keeps its grip on dust.
