The Unger Stingray Refillable Microfiber Cleaning Kit 11' (SRKB4) is an indoor cleaning system for professionals who need to reach high windows, glass partitions and other elevated glass from the floor. The Unger Stingray 11' refillable microfiber kit pairs the Stingray handheld unit with two long extension poles (SREPL), one short extension pole (SREPS), two Stingray Glass Washing Pads (SRPD2) and two Stingray Refillable Bottles (SRBT1).
Reach High Glass From the Floor
The 20" handheld unit works as a hand tool for mirrors and counters, and the poles click on in sections for height: the long poles are 3.5' each and the short pole is 1.5'. The aluminum poles are light and rigid with a triangular shape for grip, and every pole section has its own activation button to start the pump, so solution can be released from the section in your hands. The system accepts up to three long and one short pole for a maximum length of about 12'.

Refillable and Enclosed
Each refillable 5 oz bottle takes your preferred conventional window, glass or multi surface cleaner, which cuts waste and cost compared with pre-filled refills. The pump sends solution through a spray jet in the center of the flexible triangular head into the pad. Unger states that this integrated dispenser keeps chemicals from being sprayed into the air, protecting the user and those nearby. Unger rates the Stingray at 39% less liquid than traditional methods and 25% faster cleaning than a rag and spray bottle.
Microfiber Pads for Streak Free Glass
The two SRPD2 Glass Washing Pads have a triangle shape that reaches into corners, elastic bands for a secure fit and long fibers for heavy dirt and grime, plus color coding tabs. Microfiber leaves a streak free, lint free finish. The low profile head cleans frames with ease: Unger's method is to clean the frame and all four edges first, then the inner area, with the pad kept just damp.
The kit is listed at 132" long, 10.5" wide and 1.5" high, at 2.5 lb, in black aluminum and microfiber. Unger also builds the SRKB4 into its DeepCleanRx and Rx cart systems. Installation & Care
Installation
Slide the green button back and lift the lid, remove the bottle and unscrew the cap. Fill the bottle outside the unit with up to 5 oz of conventional window, glass or multi surface cleaner (no concentrates, creams, gels, abrasives or bleach), recap tightly, push it onto the connector logo side up and close the lid until the green button locks. Stretch the pad's elastic bands over the pad holder corners. Add pole sections so each locking pin seats in its pin hole, never exceeding three long and one short pole; press the pin to separate. Two AA batteries go in the compartment under the bottle.
Care
Wipe up any solution that drips into the unit. After use remove the pad, then clean and dry the handheld unit and poles with a microfiber cloth; do not rinse them under running water. Wash pads per the pad tag. Store the Stingray upright, head up, in a dry place between 40°F and 105°F, never below 32°F, and do not lean extended poles against a wall. Remove the batteries for long storage; the unit fits standard wall tool holders.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Unger products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used items and special-order items can't be returned.
Unger covers this product with its Limited Lifetime Commercial Warranty for the original purchaser when it is bought from an authorized Unger reseller, as My Clean Supplies is. If the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Unger will, at its option, replace or refund the product or the defective part free of charge. Unger defines lifetime as the reasonably expected useful life of the product under normal commercial use. Consumable items that need routine replacement, such as squeegee rubber, scraper blades, microfiber cloths, mop pads, resin, filters, membranes and cleaning solution, are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
