Fully loaded means the 2753WILWD arrives with everything a walk-in tub can carry: 12 whirlpool jets, air jets, an inline heater, aromatherapy, chromatherapy lighting, a soft touch control console and a Quick Fill faucet with a handheld shower. It suits aging in place, an ADA bathroom remodel or any home where someone finds a standard step-over tub difficult.
Whirlpool, Air and Heat From One Console
Close the door and the Quick Fill waterfall filler fills the tub fast, through a thermostatic mixer with a 104°F safety lock, to a 33" soaking depth. 12 fully adjustable whirlpool jets give a targeted hydro massage, Acu-Stream air jets add a soft, total-body bubble massage, and the two run separately or together from the soft touch console, which also shows the water temperature. The inline maintenance heater works while the water jets run and slows the cooling of the bath, shutting off automatically at 113°F.
Aromatherapy scents the air bubbles with fragrance beads in the aroma cap, and chromatherapy lighting cycles through seven colors or holds the one you choose. When the soak is over, rinse off with the handheld Euro-Grip shower, which reaches 60" on its hose, without standing up.
Safety Built Into the Shell
Built-in Safe Reach grab bars, a slip-resistant textured floor and an ADA compliant built-in seat support you on the way in and out, with 3 grab bars placed around the tub. The door closes on a watertight pressure seal, and the polished chrome buttons, jets and hardware stand out against the glossy white finish.
The shell is glossy white marine grade acrylic reinforced with fiberglass on a freestanding steel support frame with adjustable leveling feet. The tub is ETL listed.
Built for a 60" Alcove Retrofit
Measured for the room, the MediTub 27" x 53" fully loaded walk-in bathtub is 52.5" L x 26.5" W x 40" H overall. The 7" matching extension kit is in the box and brings the tub to 60" L x 32" W x 40" H, so it fills a standard 60" alcove when it replaces an old bathtub. It connects to 1/2" IPS hot and cold supplies and a drain opening of at least 3", and it needs two dedicated 20 A GFCI circuits.
The fully loaded range comes in two 27" x 53" versions, the 2753FL and the 2753WI, each with the door and drain on the left or right, plus the 29" x 53" 2953WC wheelchair accessible tub.

Installation & Care
Installation
Door and drain on the left; overall 52.5" L x 26.5" W x 40" H. Position the tub so the hot and cold supplies and the drain hole line up with the layout drawings in the manual, flush the supply lines for one minute, then connect the red braided hose to hot and the blue to cold on 1/2" IPS male supplies; supply valves are recommended for maintenance. The drain opening must be at least 3", and the drain connects with UPC approved PVC glue and pipe. Electrical: AC 110V, 60 Hz on two 20 A single-pole breakers, with the circuit protected by a GFCI, wired by a qualified electrician to local codes. The 7" extension kit closes a 60" alcove. Level the tub on its feet with all of them touching the floor, water test it before it is enclosed, keep the motor access panel reachable, and lift it only by the frame handles. MediTub requires a licensed plumber and electrician; the installation manual is in Resources.
Care
Flush the jet piping before first use and monthly: fill with hot water 2" to 3" above the jets with 2 to 3 teaspoons of low-foaming dishwasher detergent, run the jets 10 minutes and drain, then refill with cold water, run 15 minutes and drain. Clean the suction cover of hair and lint monthly and never run the pump dry or without the cover. Clean the acrylic with soap, hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge; test any stronger cleaner on a hidden spot first, rinse it off at once and never let it soak. Keep the bath at or below 102°F.

MediTub ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused MediTub products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
MediTub covers the bathtub shell, frame and finish for 10 years from the original purchase, and the motors, controls, waste and overflow, fittings and plated finishes for one year, with labor covered in the first 90 days; the door seal carries a lifetime warranty. Register the tub at swcorp.com/register within 90 days of delivery, have it installed by a licensed plumber, electrician or contractor, and report any damage within 5 business days of delivery. The warranty belongs to the original owner and does not cover water damage, misuse or improper installation.
Warranty claims. Call MediTub (SW Corp) at 866-633-4882 with your proof of purchase, the model number and a description of the problem; written notice goes by certified mail to 5701 NW 35 Avenue, Miami, FL 33142. Register the tub at swcorp.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
