Variable speed up to 1000 CFM

Variable speed up to 1000 CFM

Instead of a two-speed switch, the 1000V uses a 1/2 HP variable-speed motor and a speed knob, so airflow can be set anywhere up to 1000 CFM. It draws 5.5 amps on 110 V, which leaves room on the circuit for other equipment.

Run it flat out during demolition and turn it down for the overnight hours.

The 1000V takes a 16" x 16" x 1/2" pre-filter, a 16" x 16" x 1" secondary filter and a 16" x 16" x 6" HEPA filter, the same parts as the 600 MAG 9145. One stock of 16" x 16" filters covers both machines.

Change the HEPA filter before the gauge passes 3.0".

At 70 lbs, the 1000V sits between the compact units and the full 2000 CFM class cabinets. Its aluminum housing rolls on two swivel and two rigid casters and has two handles on top for lifting.

Choose it when a mid-size containment needs more air than a 600 CFM unit without the weight of a full 2000 CFM class cabinet.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

How much air does the 1000V move?

Up to 1000 CFM on high, adjustable down with the variable speed control.

What power does the 1000V need?

110 V at 5.5 amps.

What filters does the 1000V use?

A 16" x 16" x 1/2" pre-filter, a 16" x 16" x 1" secondary filter and a 16" x 16" x 6" HEPA filter, the same as the 600 MAG 9145.

How often should the HEPA filter be changed?

Aerospace America suggests a new HEPA filter about every 350 hours of use, sooner on dusty jobs. Keep an eye on the pressure gauge: a clean set of filters reads about 1.8" to 2.2" of water column, and the unit should not run past 3.0".
