More air through the same filters

More air through the same filters

The Turbo uses the same 24" x 24" pad, ring panel and HEPA stages as the other full-size Aeroclean units, but its 1.75 HP motor pushes up to 2500 CFM through them. Air passes all three filters before it reaches the blower and the 12" exhaust.

More airflow means more air changes per hour in a big containment, and it also loads the pre-filters faster, so check them more often.

Standard 24" x 24" replacement filters

Standard 24" x 24" replacement filters

The Turbo takes 24" x 24" pre-filter pads, 24" x 24" x 1" ring panels and a 24" x 24" HEPA filter rated 99.97%. Carbon pleat and Carbon-Webb options can replace the ring panel when a job also has odor.

Aerospace America suggests a HEPA change about every 350 hours of use and asks that the unit not run once the gauge reads past 3.0".

Built for the long jobs

Built for the long jobs

The cabinet is aircraft-grade aluminum, which keeps a 1.75 HP unit to 116 lbs, and two rigid and two swivel casters let one person roll it into place. Four heavy-duty handles help when it goes up steps or onto a truck.

The 15 amp draw is the one thing to plan around: give the Turbo a circuit with nothing else on it.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

How much air does the Turbo 9100 move?

It is rated 2500 CFM on high and 2100 CFM on low at 2.2" static pressure. Duct length and filter loading reduce the delivered airflow.

What power does the Turbo need?

115 V at 15 amps. Plan a grounded circuit with nothing else on it and a 12 gauge or heavier cord no longer than 100'.

What filters does the 9100 use?

A 24" x 24" pad pre-filter, a 24" x 24" x 1" ring panel and a 24" x 24" HEPA filter, the same sizes as the ECONO 9143 and Full Feature 9103.

How often should the HEPA filter be changed?

Aerospace America suggests a new HEPA filter about every 350 hours of use, sooner on dusty jobs. Keep an eye on the pressure gauge: a clean set of filters reads about 1.8" to 2.2" of water column, and the unit should not run past 3.0".

Does the Turbo have a filter alarm?

No. It has a differential pressure gauge, a circuit breaker and a two-speed switch. The Full Feature 9103 is the 2000 CFM class Aeroclean with an audio and visual alarm.
