The AlorAir Galaxy 60 is a gravity-drain crawl space dehumidifier that removes 60 pints of water a day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH) and up to 145 pints a day at saturation (90°F, 90% RH), for spaces up to 1,800ft², on a 4.5 A draw.
Its 14.1"-tall, 47.5 lbs cabinet fits low crawl spaces and small basements, and the included 6.5' hose drains it continuously to a floor drain or sump below the unit. The Galaxy 60 is the simplest Galaxy model: no pump to maintain where gravity drainage is available.

Setup & Placement
Seal the space first: AlorAir specifies a vapor barrier and closed vents in crawl spaces, and a fully dry, ventilated area if a liquid vapor barrier was used. Stand the unit level on blocks or spacers, or hang it from joists with the optional kit. If it was not kept upright in transit, wait 2 hours before switching on.
Run the drain hose from the gravity outlet downhill to a drain. On the 60P and 85P, you can instead block the gravity outlet with its rubber plug and connect the pump outlet. Plug into a grounded 15 A GFCI outlet with no extension cord.
