The AlorAir GE4000TC adds a carpet clamp to the 4000 CFM GE4000T. Tuck the edge of a wet carpet under the clamp and the air blows beneath it as well as across it, which is how restoration crews dry carpet and pad in place.
The 1 HP motor draws 9.4 A at 115 V. A 3-hour dial timer, three speeds and five operating positions carry over from the GE4000T, and the unit weighs 38.05 lbs with molded handles for lifting.
