The AlorAir Helios MP35 is a crawl space dehumidifier with a built-in condensate pump, rated at 35 pints a day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH) and 70 pints a day at saturation (90°F, 90% RH) for spaces up to 1,000ft².
Pump water up to 19.6' through the included pump hose, or drain it by gravity with the 6.5' hose. At 35.94 lbs with a carry handle and leveling feet, the Helios MP35 sets up in a crawl space, basement or garage and holds the humidity you choose in %RH or GPP mode.

Built-In Condensate Pump
Lifts water up to 19.6' through the included 19.6' pump hose to a sink, window or sump. The one-touch Drain button runs the pump on demand.
Gravity Drain Option
Where a drain sits below the unit, remove the water plug and use the included 6.5' hose instead.
%RH or GPP Control
Set humidity from 20% to 80% in 5% steps, or grains per pound from 20 to 200, with a CO setting for continuous running.
Automatic Defrost
Clears frost from the coil in cool crawl spaces so drying continues through the cold months.
Memory Restart
After a power cut it returns to its last mode and setting on its own, after a three-minute compressor delay.
Leveling Feet and Carry Handle
Adjustable leveling feet steady it on uneven floors, and the top handle makes it easy to carry into a crawl space.
Remote and Terminal Ready
A controller port takes AlorAir's optional remote control (sold separately), and an A1-A6 auxiliary terminal connects external devices.

Setup & Placement
Place the unit in an enclosed space, upright near the floor and central to the area, with at least 6" of clearance around the air intake and exhaust. Level it on its adjustable feet, or hang it from joists with a hanging kit (sold separately). Leave it upright and out of the box for 24 hours before first use.
For pump drainage, fit the 19.6' hose to the pump outlet and run it to a sink, sump or outside. For gravity drainage, remove the water plug, fit the 6.5' hose and keep its end below the outlet. Plug into a dedicated, grounded 15 A GFCI circuit.
