The AlorAir Sentinel HD35P is a compact crawl space dehumidifier with a built-in condensate pump. It removes 35 pints of water a day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH) and up to 70 pints a day at saturation (90°F, 90% RH) in spaces up to 1,000ft², on a 2.9 A draw.
Because it can pump water up to 19.6' to a sink, window or sump, the HD35P can sit anywhere in a small crawl space or basement rather than next to a floor drain. A digital panel with a GPP mode, auto defrost and memory restart let the Sentinel HD35P look after itself between visits.

Built-In Condensate Pump
Lifts water up to 19.6' through the pump hose, or switches to gravity drainage through the 6.5' hose. A pump fault shows as an E4 code and stops the unit.
Compact Steel Cabinet
15.2" x 11.2" x 11.4" and 38.18 lbs, with a top handle and adjustable feet for leveling on uneven ground.
Digital Humidity Control
Set the target from 25% to 80% in 5% steps on the standard model, or choose continuous mode. The humidistat runs the compressor only when needed.
GPP Mode
Switch the readout from relative humidity to grains per pound, a direct measure of the moisture in the air.
Auto Defrost and Memory Restart
Clears ice from the coil in cool spaces down to 33°F, and resumes on its last setting after a power cut.
Low 2.9 A Draw
Rated at 2.0 L/kWh with a rotary compressor and a rare earth alloy tube evaporator, at less than 50 dBA.
Optional Wired Remote
Both versions accept AlorAir's optional remote on a 25' CAT 5 cable, with its own humidity sensor for control from a living space.
WiFi App Control
The WiFi model connects to the AlorAir-C app, so you can switch it on or off, change the setting and check humidity from your phone.

Setup & Placement
Seal the space first: AlorAir specifies a vapor barrier on the ground and closed vents. Stand the unit level on blocks or pavers, off the vapor barrier, or hang it from joists with a hanging kit (sold separately). If it has been tipped in transit, leave it upright for at least 2 hours before switching on.
For pump drainage, attach the pump hose with the compression fitting, plug the gravity outlet and switch the unit to pump mode. For gravity, run the 6.5' hose downhill to a drain. Keep the inlet and outlet clear of walls and plug into a grounded 15 A GFCI outlet.
