The AlorAir Sentinel HD55 is a blue steel crawl space and basement dehumidifier. It removes 53 pints of water a day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH) and up to 113 pints a day at saturation (90°F, 90% RH), covering spaces up to 1,200ft² on a 4.0 A draw.
The low 13.3" cabinet slides under joists, drains continuously by gravity and can duct dry air into a finished room through its 6" supply collar. With a digital humidistat, auto defrost and memory restart, the Sentinel HD55 holds a crawl space at your setpoint through the damp months.

Continuous Gravity Drainage
Water runs out through the drain connection to a floor drain or sump, with nothing to empty. Terminals A5/A6 support an external condensate pump alarm.
Fits Low Crawl Spaces
19.2" x 12.2" x 13.3" with two carry handles and adjustable feet for leveling on blocks or pavers.
Digital Humidity Control
Set the humidity from 36% to 90% with the arrow keys, or run continuously. The integral humidistat cycles the compressor to hold the setpoint.
Auto Defrost Down to 33.8°F
Automatic defrost clears ice from the evaporator coil so the unit keeps working in a cool crawl space.
Memory Restart
After a power outage, the unit comes back on its last setting.
Ductable Supply
The standard supply adapter takes 6" flex duct, up to 6' long, to dry an adjacent finished room.
Optional Wired Remote
AlorAir's optional remote connects on a 25' CAT 5 cable and has its own humidity sensor, for control from the living space.
WiFi App Control
The WiFi model pairs with the AlorAir-C app to monitor and adjust humidity from your phone.

Setup & Placement
Seal the space first: AlorAir specifies a vapor barrier on the ground and closed vents. Raise the unit level on blocks or pavers, since gravity drainage needs height unless it feeds a sump pump beside it. If it has been tipped in transit, leave it upright for at least 2 hours before switching on.
Run the drain downhill to a suitable drain; AlorAir recommends transitioning to 3/4" PVC with at least 1" of fall per 10'. Keep 36" clear in front of the discharge and plug into a grounded 15 A GFCI outlet.
