The AlorAir Sentinel HS35 is the smallest dehumidifier in the Sentinel crawl space range. It removes 35 pints of water a day at AHAM conditions (80°F, 60% RH) and up to 70 pints a day at saturation (90°F, 90% RH), covering spaces up to 1,000ft² while drawing only 2.9 A.
A steel cabinet just 11.4" tall, a top carry handle and 37.8 lbs of weight make it easy to slide into a low crawl space, a closet or a small basement. Condensate drains continuously by gravity through the included hose, and a simple knob sets the humidity, so the Sentinel HS35 runs for months without attention.

Compact Steel Cabinet

Continuous Gravity Drainage
Water runs out of the gravity drain port through the included hose, so there is no bucket to empty. The Full light warns if the reservoir backs up.
Simple Knob Control
Choose 30%, 50% or 70% RH, continuous running, or off. The integral humidistat starts and stops the compressor to hold the setting.
Auto Defrost
Clears ice from the evaporator coil automatically, with an operating range down to 33°F for cool crawl spaces.
Memory Restart
After a power cut, the unit resumes on its last setting without a trip under the house.
Low 2.9 A Draw
Rated at 2.0 L/kWh with a rotary compressor and a rare earth alloy tube evaporator, and quiet at less than 50 dBA.
Slide-Out MERV-1 Filter
The side filter slides out for cleaning and protects the coils from dust.

Setup & Placement
Seal the space first: AlorAir specifies a vapor barrier on the ground and closed vents. Stand the unit on blocks or pavers so it sits level and off the vapor barrier. If it has been tipped in transit, leave it upright for at least 2 hours before switching on.
Push the drain hose onto the gravity drain port and run it downhill to a drain, never above the unit. Face the inlet and outlet toward open space rather than a wall, and plug into a grounded 15 A circuit with a GFCI outlet.
