The AlorAir VentirMax 300SD is a programmable crawl space ventilation fan: a stainless steel, 300 CFM unit with a digital controller that runs on humidity, temperature or a timed cycle. AlorAir rates it for up to 550ft², at under 40 dBA.
Set a humidity trigger from 1% to 99% and a temperature trigger from 37°F to 158°F, step the airflow through five levels, and it remembers everything after a power cut. It draws 0.38 A at 115 V and shuts down below 37°F.

Setup & Placement
Install it behind an existing foundation vent, at least 3' from a corner of the building, with the control box and motor facing into the crawl space. You need a grounded outlet within 6' and a 5/16" nut driver; add a drill with a 5/16" masonry bit for brick or block.
Remove the existing vent cover, place the fan in front of the vent and mark the four corners of the metal plate. On block or brick, drill 5/16" holes, fit the wall anchors and fix the plate with four screws; on wood framing or an existing vent, use screws and nuts. On SD models, set the humidity and temperature triggers after power-up: they ship at 50% RH and 86°F.
