The AlorAir VentirPro-S2 is a crawl space ventilation fan with two DC fans on a stainless steel plate, exhausting up to 240 CFM through a foundation vent. An included temperature and humidity probe tells its digital controller when the space needs air.
Set a humidity level, a temperature, a fan speed from 1 to 5 and a run and rest cycle, and the VentirPro-S2 ventilates on its own. It is only 1.7" deep, runs from a plug-in adapter, and AlorAir rates it for crawl spaces and basements up to about 450ft².

Setup & Placement
Install it behind an existing foundation vent with the electrical box and motors facing into the crawl space. You need a 5/16" nut driver or Phillips screwdriver, plus a masonry bit for brick or block, and an outlet within reach of the 5.5' cord.
Remove the vent cover, mark and drill the four corners of the plate, fit the wall anchors and fix it with four screws. Plug the probe into the port under the fan unit, then plug the adapter into the jack under the controller. Hold the Power/Menu button for 3 to 5 seconds to switch it on.
