The ANZZI 100 CFM Bathroom Exhaust Fan (1.5 Sones) comes in 2 versions: White or Matte Black color. Pick your options above to open the exact model, with its own price and details. The details below are for the White version.
The ANZZI EF-AZ106WH is a 100 CFM ceiling mount bathroom exhaust fanin white, rated 1.5 sones and sized for rooms up to 95 sq. ft. Trapped humidity causes wear and tear on paint, drywall and fixtures, and the fan removes excess moisture, odors and pollutants.
100 CFM for Rooms up to 95 Sq. Ft.
Humidity left trapped after a shower or bath wears on paint, drywall and fixtures. At 100 CFM, the fan cycles that moist air out quickly, and it is rated for medium-size bathrooms of up to 95 sq. ft. It is rated at 1.5 sones for super quiet operation.
A built-in humidity sensor switches the fan to maximum speed when moisture passes the level you set on the H knob (30% to 80%), and a two-toggle switch sets how long it stays at maximum once the room dries, from 5 to 30 minutes, preset at 30.
The S knob is the speed control: it sets the airflow the fan drops back to after the maximum-speed time, from off up to MAX.
The grille is finished in white, one of the two grille finishes ANZZI offers, matte black and white.
An integrated LED light in the grille lights the room on its own switch, using less energy.
Built to Last in a Wet Room
The housing is sturdy galvanized steel, tough and rust resistant, and the 27 W AC capacitor motor is thermally protected and permanently lubricated for a long life with no oiling. ANZZI lists the fan as ETL-cETL, HVI, CEC certified and ENERGY STAR.
Fit, Ducting and Installation
The housing measures 10-1/4" L x 10-1/4" W x 3-3/8" H, with a 13" L x 13-3/4" W grille, and it fits 10.5" to 21" between joists, or mounts to I-joists, standard joists and truss construction. It connects to 4" round ductwork with a damper.
Safety and Installation Rules
Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified persons to all applicable codes and standards, including fire-rated construction, and the unit must be grounded. Install it at least 7 ft above the floor in the USA (8.2 ft in Canada), in a ceiling up to a 12/12 pitch with the duct connector pointing up, never in a wall. Over a tub or shower it must be marked as suitable for that use and connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit, and no switch may be reachable from the tub or shower. Ducted fans must vent outdoors, the fan must not be used with a solid-state speed control, and it is not for use in a cooking area or for hazardous or explosive vapors.
The ANZZI EF-AZ106WH bathroom exhaust fan pairs 100 CFM with 1.5-sone quiet operation in a galvanized steel housing.

Installation & Care
Installation
Ceiling mounted between joists spaced 10.5" to 21", or to I-joists, joists or trusses, with the housing flange flush to the joist. In the USA install it at least 7 ft above the floor (8.2 ft in Canada), on a GFCI protected branch circuit. Run 120V AC house wiring to the fan and connect it with UL-approved wire nuts (not provided) as the wiring diagram shows, with separate switches for the fan, the sensor and the light. Connect 4" round ductwork (not provided) to the duct connector, check that the damper flips freely, tape every joint airtight, keep the run short with few bends, and end at a roof or wall cap with a built-in damper.
Care
Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off at service panel and lock the switch to prevent power from being switched on accidentally. When the switch cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. Remove the grille by pinching its springs and wash it in warm, soapy water, then dry it before refitting. Remove dust from the fan body with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use abrasive cloths, and never use solvents, thinner or harsh chemicals on the fan.
