The ANZZI FT-AZ112 is the Bank Series 65" x 31" flat-bottom acrylic freestanding soaking tub in glossy white, sold as the tub alone. Bank gives an 18" soaking depth in a tub that is still under 65" long, for bathers who want deep water without giving up the floor space of a long tub. This 65" freestanding bathtub measures 64.9" L x 30.7" W x 23.6" H overall, gives 18" of soaking depth and holds 69.5 gallons of water.

18" Deep in a 65" Footprint

Soaking depth is the number that decides how much of you is under the water, and Bank's is 18", so a seated adult sits low in warm water rather than perched above it. The 69.5 gallon capacity is what it takes to fill that depth, so check your water heater before you plan nightly baths.

The flat bottom gives a stable footing when you step in over the 23.6" side and when you stand to rinse. At 64.9" long and 30.7" wide, the tub suits a primary bath or a generous hall bath where a 5' alcove tub is being replaced by a freestanding one.

Slit Overflow and Push Drain

Bank uses a built-in slit overflow, a narrow slot that carries excess water away below the rim and keeps the inside wall of the tub clean-lined. A push-operated center drain opens and closes with a press, and both come fitted, because the tub is pre-plumbed for a simple, straightforward installation.

Glossy Acrylic, RHINO ALLOY Certified

The shell is acrylic with a high gloss white finish, RHINO ALLOY certified to ANZZI's quality standard. At 92.59 lbs empty it is a light tub to carry into the bathroom and set, which also keeps the load on the floor well below that of a stone tub of the same size.

The tub is sold without a faucet, so you can choose the filler and its finish to match the rest of the room. Plan the filler before the tub is set, because its supply lines are roughed in first. ANZZI also sells Bank as a package with its Nite Roman tub faucet and handheld sprayer in brushed gold, brushed nickel, polished chrome or matte black, for buyers who would rather order the tub and a matched faucet together.

For a deep soak without a long footprint, the ANZZI FT-AZ112 Bank 65" freestanding soaking tub gives 18" of depth and 69.5 gallons in a light, glossy acrylic shell with a clean slit overflow.

Features

18" Soaking Depth
Bank fills to 18" of soaking depth, so a seated bather sits low in the water, which is the difference between a rinse and a real soak.

65" x 31" Footprint
The tub measures 64.9" L x 30.7" W x 23.6" H, close to the footprint of a standard 5' tub, so a deep freestanding soaker can go where a built-in tub used to be.

69.5 Gallon Capacity
Bank holds 69.5 gallons, the volume that 18" of depth takes, so pair it with a water heater that can fill it at bath temperature.

Built-In Slit Overflow
A narrow slit overflow carries excess water away below the rim, keeping the tub wall clean-lined instead of interrupted by a round overflow plate.

Push-Operated Center Drain
The center drain opens and closes with a press and comes fitted to the pre-plumbed tub, so there is no drain kit to assemble.

Light 92.59 lbs Acrylic Shell
The glossy white acrylic tub weighs 92.59 lbs empty, so it is easy to carry in and set, and it is RHINO ALLOY certified to ANZZI's quality standard.

Installation & Care

Installation
Freestanding, center drain. Overall 64.9" L x 30.7" W x 23.6" H; leave room around the tub for the filler and for cleaning, and make sure the floor can carry the tub with 69.5 gallons of water and a bather. Decide where the filler goes before the tub is set, so its supplies can be roughed in. ANZZI water tests its tubs at the factory, and its install guide asks you to repeat the test before the tub is set for good: on a flat surface, close the drain, fill the tub about half way, wait 30 minutes and check every seal. Then trace the tub's position on the floor, mark where the drain falls, set the tub, connect the drain and level it with the adjustable feet; the guide notes that a tub that leaks is almost always one that is not level. The flexible drain in the box is for that test only, and the installer supplies the permanent drain connection. Finish with a bead of silicone around the base and give it 24 hours to set before the first bath.

Care
Clean the acrylic regularly with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, which stops soap scum and mineral deposits from building up into a film that is harder to remove. If you need a stronger cleaner, test it on an inconspicuous area first, wipe it on, then rinse the surface completely with water right away and dry any overspray on the floor or the faucet; never let a cleaner soak on the tub. Avoid scouring pads and powders, which dull a gloss finish.
