The ANZZI FS-AZ0037BN is a Khone floor mount tub filler in brushed nickel, a 41.5" tall faucet with a handle, a diverter handle, a tub filling spout and a 60" handheld sprayer for freestanding and claw foot bathtubs. It mounts to the floor beside the tub rather than on a deck.
One Lever, a Diverter and a 60" Hand Shower
The 2-handle control is a handle and a separate diverter handle that sends the flow from the spout to the hand shower. The spout reaches 8.3" to fill the tub, and the handheld sprayer has a free reign 60" reach.
The filler measures 41.5" H and flows at 1.8 GPM.
Planning the Floor Rough-In
Solid brass valves and interior components sit inside the column, and the materials and components are Rhino Alloy certified. All hardware and supply lines are included: the post anchors to the floor, an escutcheon hides the fixing, and labeled hot and cold inlet hoses run down the post to supply lines coming up through the floor.
The post goes on with its unthreaded end pointing up, the anchor fixes to it, and the inlet hoses slide up through the post from below. A flow regulator and check valves are in the parts list.

Installation & Care
Installation
Floor mount beside a freestanding or claw foot tub. Mark the center point, drill a 2" hole in the floor and, on concrete, three 25/64" holes for the expansion screws; on a wood floor, fix the anchor with #14 Phillips pan head self-tapping screws, which are not included. The hot and cold supply lines must come up through the floor with 3/8" compression male threads to meet the inlet hoses, hot to the hose labeled hot. Tighten the nuts without over tightening. Water pressure must be 20 to 125 PSI and lines should be flushed of debris. Tools: wrench, marker pen, drill, 2" hole saw and 25/64" drill bit. Use a professional plumber if you have difficulty.
Care
Wipe the column, spout and handles with mild soap and warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth and dry them. Avoid abrasive pads; test any stronger cleaner on a hidden spot, rinse it off completely and do not let it soak. Clean the flow regulator in the spout when the flow drops.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
