Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding, center drain. Nominal 67" x 32"; the drain connection is 1-1/2"-11.5 NPSM per the manual drawing. ANZZI's manual says the tub must be installed by a licensed or certified contractor, with a licensed plumber, and that any delivery damage must be reported within 5 business days. Test the tub with the flexible drain before it is set for good, fit the drain hardware, then move the tub into position on a floor that can carry it full. Level it with the adjustable feet so every foot touches the floor, leaving a gap of no more than 3/16" between the tub base and the floor so the feet, not the tub wall, carry the weight of tub, water and bather. Seal the base with silicone and allow 24 hours before use.
Care
Wipe the stone resin with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge to keep its smooth finish free of soap film. If a stronger cleaner is needed, test it on an inconspicuous spot first, then rinse the tub completely with water immediately after applying it and dry any overspray on the floor; never let a cleaner sit and soak on the surface. Scouring pads and abrasive powders can scratch the finish.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this bathtub to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA).
